A must-try

As a Swiss person, I am aware that eating fresh fish at home is not always easy. A serious allergy to sulfur dioxide must be added, all of which makes me cautious about eating saltwater fish in Switzerland. Or today I tasted a seafood sauté that was finger-licking good, a tasty and balanced stew. Very fresh fish with great flavor. With the Whiskey deglazing instead of white wine, I was able to enjoy a great dish in complete safety. Thanks to the kitchen team and the legendary maître d' Jozo ❤️

What a gem in one of the prettiest surroundings I’ve ever seen. The hotel is next to the base of an amazing waterfall. Great location.
The staff was great. So nice. And the property was just completely renovated. Super nice. Great AC in the room. We loved it!

Catastrophic

This hotel is incredibly dubious from the point of view of communication!
You will NOT be informed by mail that the renovation work overlaps with the already booked period.
No information about the renovation appeared on the day of booking.
My husband and I would have been standing in front of the hotel door with a dog if I hadn't seen it on the website myself sometime!
One rated star is still too many!
An insight or the like from the hotel came after contacting just as little.
