Wonderful stay at Yogh
I really enjoyed my stay at Yogh. The room was very comfortable and the food at Elixir Bar and Vue Café was delicious. The staff was super friendly and helpful.
A big shout out to the staff members who assisted us during our visit; Latifa from Elixir Bar, Alicia from Vue Café and Naomie from the frontdesk.
Yogh Hospitality 100% recommended. Will visit again soon.

Great experience would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Suriname and looking for a comfortable stay. Staff always ready to help

Nice infrastructure, atrocious service
The bad service starts upon arrival with a front desk staff that is not adequately trained. My travel plans changed and before checking in I advised that I had to leave one day early. Although the stay had not been charged yet the staff claimed that only Expedia could change the amount due. Since when does an agent have power of what a principal decides to charge. In general the check-in process was slow and cumbersome including me having to manually enter my credit card details including home address manually on an I-pad. The restaurant recommendations given by the staff were poor, and the hotel restaurant could not accommodate minor changes to my meal. Also, the credit card had again to be entered manually. I have stayed at cheaper and much better in Paramaribo.

We would like to clarify regarding your reservation amendment. As your booking was made through Expedia, it was subject to their terms and conditions. Reservations made through Expedia can only be modified or shortened by the booking platform only, as the reservation agreement, payment terms, and Commission structure are managed through the Expedia. Hence, the hotel is unable to amend these reservation directly .Front Office team member shared the same information at the time of arrival with you , and we regret that this limitation caused inconvenience. For the greater flexibility you can choose to book directly with the hotel.
Regarding the check-in and payment process, For the guests security and privacy , we have implemented a system where our team members do not have access to guests' credit card details at any stage of the transaction. Guests enter their card information directly on our secure system, ensuring that sensitive payment information remains private and protected. Additionally, we have digital check-in process as part of our commitment to environmentally responsible practices, significantly reducing paper consumption while providing a secure and efficient registration experience.
We also regret that our restaurant recommendations and your dining experience did not fully meet your expectations. we have made a note of your comments and will review , as we are committed to continuously improving every aspect of our guest experience.
though we regret that your experience did not reflect the high standards we strive to maintain, we sincerely appreciate your feedback.
