Excellent value for money
I booked 4 nights to extend my stay on the island. It is a basic apartment complex but the price was excellent. It’s in a great location close to the Yumbo centre. Yes it’s perhaps a little tired and dated but it’s perfectly fine. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area is quite pleasant. For the price I paid I couldn’t complain at all. Would have no problems staying here again.

TERRIBLE HUMAN QUALITY AND DEPLORABLE SERVICE
As soon as we arrived, they denied us the possibility of leaving our suitcases in the hall without any explanation. Likewise, we had to wait until three in the afternoon to be able to access the rooms since, according to them, they were not ready yet.
However, upon entering the room area, we found dead cockroaches and when we communicated what happened to them, they gave us the "runaround" that they would come when "they wanted" to pick them up. Nevertheless, we also indicated the need for there to be no animals, let's say "cats," since a member of the group was severely allergic, and to our surprise, we found a cat prowling inside the apartment and when we complained about it, they told us that "it was what it was" and that the cat was going to stay there as it belonged to the apartment.
A few days later, we received insults from a reception employee (a blonde girl, problematic and rude to say the least) addressing us through insults such as "drug addict, alcoholic, asshole, retard" when we insisted on why the apartment cleaning services were not coming to pick up and tidy the apartment every day for its proper use and stay in it.
To add as well, we were denied the return of the deposit, with the blonde girl adopting a defiant, arrogant, and rude attitude; and when we went to ask for explanations, she started yelling at us. For this reason, upon seeing this situation that was affecting us and from which we had been suffering since our arrival at the accommodation by the staff, and especially, by the employee with blonde hair, we found ourselves in the need to ask for several complaint forms for each of the apartments we had reserved. She refused to provide them, knowing as an employee the rights of the customers, and for that reason, we found ourselves obligated to call the National Police so they would show up at the place and fix the problem.
A few minutes later, several patrol cars showed up and in the end, she was forced to provide them even though she was resisting it.
Seriously, do not go to these apartments. The service is deplorable and the human quality and the quality of the apartments is terrible.

THINGS TO COMMENT ON; VERY BAD
-1 night without hot water is a serious violation of the minimum requirements demanded of tourist accommodations, subject to penalties for consumption.
-Having security cameras must be indicated with signs and must comply with strict proportionality criteria and data protection laws (GDPR). Constant recording of bathers in a pool is considered very invasive. They should not record children, women in thong swimsuits, etc.
-There must be a certified lifeguard; it states on paper that there is one from 9 AM to 5 PM, but there is not. The requirement to have a lifeguard in tourist accommodations is regulated by the Sanitary Regulation of Collective Use Pools. The regulations establish that it is mandatory to have at least one lifeguard during all opening hours. If there are more than 40 apartments. Here there is not one, as the supposed lifeguard performs maintenance work and serves at the pool bar, among other functions.
-Apartments of supposed owners in the pool with more than 10 people and loud music.
-They scanned my IDs, including those of minors, which should only be adults. The Spanish data protection agency does not allow scanning or photocopying and imposes heavy fines.
-Employees shouting since 7 AM.
-I do not have a bill in my name.
-Owners reserving loungers since 8 AM.
-Torn blanket.
-Dead cockroach on the wall.
-Housekeeper who speaks poorly and yells at us for not wanting to change towels, when it is due, and tells me I can complain wherever I want.
-Employees hiding in the back hallway of the pool drinking and smoking, including the supposed lifeguard and housekeeper.
-They smoke in the pool and bring glass and say nothing.
- Very old and neglected
- It seems like a barracks with the noise issue, but not with everyone because those who are rowdy are not told anything
- The only good and polite person was the cleaning lady assigned to our floor 2
- One week to never return. They were not able to offer compensation for leaving us without hot water

Very bad cleaning
Very bad cleaning
I have stayed in many 2-star hotels but never experienced anything like it. The room was already dirty when we arrived, and it did not get any better after the so-called "cleaning". Cockroaches and pharaoh ants.I don’t understand the reviews that say the hotel was well cleaned – are we really staying in the same hotel??? I am used to travelling on budget, but this is beneath contempt.
The only advantage was that it was quiet at night. If I knew about the standard I would never have booked this hotel.

AWFUL AND FRUSTRATING
My recommendation is not to go to this establishment if you want a minimum of hygiene and health conditions.
Upon arriving at the establishment, they charge you a cash deposit of €50 in cash to cover expenses in case of damage to the furniture, understandable except for the cash part.
As soon as we entered through the door, we found dirty walls, rooms with stained walls from the hands/skin of other guests, as well as dead cockroaches on the floor. In the same room, in the closets, accumulated dust.
As you continue towards the living room, you pass by the bathroom, the dirtiest I have ever seen, stains in the shower, dirty toilet, I had to shower with flip-flops in addition to towels that are older than the apartment itself, probably.
In the living room/kitchen, we found more than 15 cockroaches coming out of the sink, edges of it, as well as behind the refrigerator and drawers. Stains on the sofa, black stains on the floor (unknown origin), and finger stains on the wall, once again, from other guests.
In conclusion, it is the worst experience I have ever had in this type of service, considering that I requested compensation for it and it has been DENIED by the director of the establishment, claiming that I was to blame for not complaining earlier.
If you want to enjoy the area, go to any other place; they will surely treat you better than they treated me.
