Not all the rooms have Air conditioner and You have to pay extra cash to use it.
They have a parking inside, witch is a plus.
The staff was Nice and very polite.

Well enough
I wasn't very excited about the pension.
The location is good if you do not mind to walk 10 minutes to the beach. Many trees, quiet. This is a plus.
The garden is ok , landscaped , has playgrounds for little children, tables, umbrellas , gazebos , grills.
The room where we stayed it was very small for a triple . We had no room for suitcase and always we had to skip it or around it .
The furniture is old and defective . Wardrobe does not have shelves.
So-called balcony was very small . Two people could barely drink coffee on the balcony . Fortunately, our junior still do not drink coffee .
The bathroom was full of mold . It smelled of mold everywhere, both bathroom and room.
Our room had no air conditioning , but not needed, even outside were constantly above 32 degrees Celsius . That's the advantage of being somewhat in a forest . But if you want air conditioning, you have to pay extra about $ 3 per day.
Parking is also surcharge.
It is cleaned every day , meaning that swept and washed sandstone. Towels were changed only once in 7 days.
The building is quite crowded with narrow and winding hallways.
The kitchen has a stove , some pans, kettle, microwave and toaster plus some cutlery. But all the time you could not find some vessels .I only caught dishwashing detergent the first two days .
Because it's a pension for families, it is full of children. You can hear all the screams , cries , comments and all the noise from outside.
But disappointing was the administrator's attitude . He gives the impression that you are not welcome there.
In short, if you are not very picky , you could try to feel good to the Black Sea Coast but not to spend too much time in the room. The price is still too big for the services that they offer.
