Villa Ermitage
A hegyre néző Villa Ermitage erkélyes szállást kínál, mintegy 7,8 km-re a George Enescu Emlékháztól. A szálláshelyen terasz, asztalitenisz, ingyenes parkolás és ingyenes wifi áll rendelkezésre. Ez a 4 csillagos vendégház külön bejárattal rendelkezik.

Comfortable stay in a relaxed location in Busteni
We stayed a couple of nights in the King size room which is located in the new building right across the road from the Villa Ermitage "proper". The room was large and very nicely furnished, close to luxury style but without being ostentatious. From the balcony there is a gorgeous view to the mountains.
The breakfast was excellent. The right amount and variation of fresh food. Good, tasty ingredients and one of the best coffees I had during my recent Romanian trips.
I guess if you don't like churches and monasteries you'll probably hate the occasional bells because the Villa is located right next to a monastery. Otherwise, it's calm and serene and you shouldn't spend all your day in the room anyway, no matter how comfortable is that room.
Regarding other comments below :) the massage shower is not blocked in shower only, it's just a bit hard to rotate the knob but it works. Also we did not need heating so cannot comment on the fireplace not really working.
It doesn't come cheap, but for the money it's among the best - if not the best you can have in Bușteni.

Huge disappointment. Definitely not a 4 stars place. Definitely not worth the money I paid.
Booking and communication
I called them several times on their Google listed number to ask for additional info about the room. When someone answered, it was in a rush, as if I bothered him, even though the number was publicly listed. Before arriving, I called again to announce we were getting there around 22h. they texted back they cannot talk. When I called on the reception no, from the reservation confirmation, no one answered.
Property
The apartment is in a separate building. When entering the room, you get straight into the bedroom, so you have to cross the bedroom to access the livingroom and also the bathroom. No intimacy.
The mountain view is actually a parking view, as per the picture.
Cleanliness
It is clean where you can see. If you move one chair on a side, you find dust from several weeks ago. Same in the coffee cups. They didn’t clean the room after the first night and we couldn’t find them to ask for extra towels until the next morning. They refused to offer us complimentary espresso tablets, even when we offered to pay.
Breakfast
They only offer breakfast after 8:30, which is terribly late for someone who wishes to go trekking in the mountains, a popular activity in Busteni.
Facilities
No sauna, no jacuzzi, no tub. They said they open them in November. However, I paid in September and the features were advertised.
No one at the reception. Just an empty desk, all the times.
Services and overall attitude
Starting with the manager, the entire personnel shows little or no care for the customer needs. They are rude and condescending.

Cu regret am citit review-ul Dvs, imi amintesc ca am comunicat telefonic inaintea rezervarii de cel putin 2 ori, ati preferat sa rezervati prin Booking.com, a fost alegerea finala a Dvs.
Referitor la camera inchiriata, aveti fotografiile publice de unde reiese clar structura camerei.
La sosirea in camera aveti din partea noastra apa plata si doua sau trei capsule de cafea (gratuit), nu vindem capsule de cafea prin barul propriu, puteti comanda cafea espresso.....
Vederea din balconul camerei este una frontala catre Manastirea Caraiman si Masivul Bucegi (crucea de pe Caraiman).
Aveati la dispozitie confirmarea rezervarii prin Booking + confirmarea de check-in + mailul vilei Ermitage, telefonic nu este obligatoriu sa comunicam.
In siteul vilei Ermitage este specificat programul de functionare al SPA- ului, nu ati rezervat 1 camera cu cada SPA, jacuzzi sau jeturi de apa.
Regretam nemultumirea Dvs.

Best Winter Break!
We had a great experience, from day one!
We met the lovely couple and owners Mr Robert and Ms. Roxana Molnar who acted as true hosts from the minute we walked in!
Mr Robert also acted as our Maitre'D and delivered Top Noch service!
The Ambience of the Dining Room was Outstanding, had some really nice Antique Pieces, such as a Fireplace from the year 16010, A Napoleon the 3rd Chest and 1800 Romanian Orastie Closet!
The food was delicious, and the dishes were plenty to choose from!
There is a wide variety, from Romanian Traditional Dishes to Italian and French Cuisine!
The Chef use to come to our table to make sure our plates are made to perfection and that we had a Genuine gastronomic experience, which I thought it was A really nice touch!
Our room was Big and Clean, very acomodating, with a nice size TV and Mini Bar Fridge, with a wonderful view of the Caraiman Mountain and Monastery!
Overall we had a wonderful time at Villa Hermitage Bușteni, and we'll sure return soon, as a matter of fact we booked a room for the Summer when we will return to see the Sfinx and The Cross on the Caraiman Mountain!

Expectations vs Reality
Parking, WiFi, relative silence (there is a church 200m away), conditions are good with clean rooms and great view towards Caraiman Monastery and Bucegi mountains.
The vila is nice but...there were a few things that would not let me recommend it.
We stayed for 6 nights and on the fourth day we figured out that nobody will change the towels and clean the room unless we specifically ask for it. Nobody told us that this is the procedure.
The entry door had problems closing from day one and we were told that it will be fixed next day...it was never fixed and we had to bump into it to close it each time.
The room has an electric fire place but the heating does not work...it has a bathroom massage shower which also does not work because it is locked in shower only position.
The Vila has a restaurant where food is delicious when the cook decides to come to work. We could serve dinner in only 2 out of the 6 nights because that’s when the cook showed up. The host was kinda rude when explaining why we can’t have dinner and never offered any alternative. It’s like Russian roulette...you might get lucky and have dinner or ...not - it is recommended to keep some snacks in the room because the next thing close to a restaurant is 2 km away.

E Hoxhaj
The first impressions are important and as soon as we walked in the reception we were welcomed with a warm smile by the lady at the reception and she accommodated us with a beautifully decorated room.
The location is absolutely breathtaking and located in the foothills of the beautiful dramatic mountains with the big "heroes cross" on top.
The monastery is 50 metres away and the view is spectacular.
Walking in the restaurant and the first thing you notice is the beautiful fireplace which is so warm and comfortable, and then the food was made by the friendliest chef and he was amazing with the most finest food I have tasted in the whole of Romania. I highly recommend this wonderful Gem and I for sure would be coming back soon.
