Hotel Coandi
Hotel Coandi is situated on the cliff of Mures River. A bar and a restaurant serving Romanian and Mediterranean specialties are situated on site. Rooms and suites at the Coandi are all air-conditioned and feature a TV, a minibar and a work desk.

Great place!
We had an excellent experience at Hotel Coandi in Arad! Everything was spotlessly clean, the rooms were very well maintained, and the food was absolutely delicious. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive to every guest’s needs.
A huge plus for us was that the hotel is pet-friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The terrace is beautiful and perfect for relaxing, and the parking is spacious and convenient.
We were especially grateful that the hotel was able to accommodate us so late at night. After two Airbnb apartments canceled on us around 11:00 PM and asked us to request a cancellation because they were no longer available, Hotel Coandi welcomed us without any issues. They truly turned a very stressful situation into a pleasant experience.
We highly recommend Hotel Coandi to anyone visiting Arad and will definitely stay here again!

Paid Auschwitz gas chamber like room 310
am extremely disappointed and disturbed by my stay at this hotel.
The receptionist and the staff were excellent, professional, and respectful. The food in the restaurant was also very good. Unfortunately, all the positive aspects of this hotel were completely destroyed by the unbearable cigarette smoke throughout the building and especially inside my room.
The smell of cigarettes in the lobby was already very strong, but entering my room was shocking. The room smelled like a chimney and the smoke odor was so intense that it made me feel physically sick. I genuinely felt nauseous and ended up vomiting after eating because of the toxic smell trapped inside the room.
At this moment, I am still in the room and I cannot sleep because the air feels contaminated. Tomorrow I must drive, and due to the lack of sleep caused by these conditions, I will likely be exhausted and unsafe on the road.
This is one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. A hotel has the responsibility to provide clean, breathable air for its guests. Non-smokers should not be forced to endure an intoxicating environment because of other people’s smoking habits. The smoke contamination in this room is unacceptable and deeply unprofessional.
I consider this room an intoxicating smoking chamber rather than proper accommodation. It is a disgrace that such a nice hotel, with otherwise good staff and restaurant service, allows guests to suffer in these conditions.
I am going to speak directly with reception because this situation is unacceptable. I am also keeping a screenshot of this review because guests deserve transparency regarding the conditions inside this hotel.
I strongly advise non-smokers and families to avoid staying here unless the hotel seriously improves its air quality and enforces strict smoke-free standards inside the rooms and common areas.

acceptable hotel , food ok, large variety of specialities in the restaurant
As always a very friendly service as well in the hotel as in the restaurant .
We frequently make a stop in this hotel when travelling to Austria. Th equality of the rooms is excellent , the sleeping quality is good and the large choice in the restaurant is very wide and fine food

Good value for money
Hotel easily accessible near the Mures River
The rooms are very spacious with nice and clean decor
We stayed in a street front room on the third floor with balcony, although there was traffic you could not hear
At night we slept with French doors open (they have mosquito nets) and there was no traffic that disturbed
Clean bathroom with large shower, shower tray is not smooth and very annoying underfoot Shower without possibility of jet adjustment
Breakfast too but good with fresh and quality products
Too bad they don't offer an Italian breakfast
I got an english menu that contained eggs sausage bacon rusks with thin over mushrooms beans and tomatoes. Early morning beans and mushrooms are not easy for everyone to digest
Coffee does not make Italian espresso but is drinkable

Noisy room
The staff was kind and helpful, but the ROOM was extremely NOISY, the windows don’t close properly and we heared all the noises from the cars all night, and this was a BIG BIG BIG BIG problem, so don't recommend!!!
There shouldn't be that much noise in a hotel room, it was like we were trying to sleep outside the hotel!! NOT LIKE THAT!!
