Best Hotel in Arequipa

I stayed here for a wedding and the staff was so helpful.
We had extra towels if we requested and they offered to iron our shirts and dresses for the wedding.
Breakfast was so diverse and delicious and the rooma had a beutiful view of the garden.

Stolen personnel belonged to rooms

We left a Dior brand perfume and overnight it was gone, the place covers up its workers saying they did nothing, but they stole it when they did cleaning

Simple clean safe

Short stop on business good value clean and safe. Close to railway station 30 mins from airport. A 3 star hotel that does exactly what it says on the packet. Large bathroom. Comfy bed. Desk Wifi all easy.

They have potential but require improvements

The hotel looks awesome from the outside, good lighting. The reception is classic European type as well as the gardens, very pretty. Service is very good. Rooms are spent and old. The sheets are clean but the carpet, furniture and even walls are stained and don't seem clean. Even the lighting switch was obviously dirty. My bathroom is so so, the tile is cheap. They have plenty of hot water though. The breakfast is not buffet buffet. I mean they have jam cheese eggs juice flakes and yogurt but they need to double that offering. Finally on my checkout they were doing some maintenance on the windows metal structure and it was a bit annoying. They have potential I think they need more proactive management and they could really go beyond the acceptable category.

Boutique, family run hotel. Feels almost like home!

What a quaint little hotel!
Very nice, only 3 floors (slightly staggered so perhaps 4?) and only about 20 rooms total. Very kitsch decor, styled like a manor from 50 years ago, but all of it nicely kept.
Almost feels like staying in someones home.
There is a little dinning room on the lowest level overlooking the gardens, which are well kept and add a nice touch to the place.
Room was clean and well kept, great laundry service - thanks!
The only downside was some occasional noise from the street traffic, but it was never too bad. During the day could open the window and get a fresh breeze which was lovely.
Staff were very helpful, meeting our business needs and late checkout. Would definitely stay again.
