Well...

Very comfortable, located in a quiet area, close to parks and places to walk.
The staff were very friendly.
The Toilet and the order of the place are highlighted.
Varied breakfast, there were several options.
Near the place there were few places to eat.

Bad experience... this is the first time I have had a bad experience.

First and last time I stay at this pseudo hotel... Casa Andina, which is in a better central location, costs less than the $55 I paid per night for four nights. In a hurry, I did not check the other hotels near my home.
Not recommendable, the blinds make noise when they brush against the wind.
Hard pillows, I am finally checking out tomorrow.

I stayed a few days ago, it is a hotel to go to sleep and rest, it is quite clean. Comfortable beds and gives you the opportunity to buy food and has a restaurant.

I don't recommend it.

The hotel is a hoax, it indicates that it is a 3 star hotel which it clearly is not. From the first day we had inconvenience, we arrived at the room and there were no towels when we went to Front Desk to let them know indicated that they had no available. We had to dry with shirts, etc. Likewise, on no day of my stay there was hot water and they did nothing to provide solutions. I went to order a blower and apparently they have 1 for all guests because they never had it available for use and to top it off or had heating in the rooms. Also the elevator took ages. I don't recommend it at all.

Well, I'd be back again.

Overall very well, good value for money, comfortable well located, good and friendly attention, comfortable and clean room, bed well overall bedding and pillow, breakfast buffet was rich and varied. Overall well and absolutely recommended.
