LOUSY ACCOMMODATION

The only bad experience of our trip to Peru. This hotel has nothing to do with photos or information. We arrived after 9 pm, checked in to go quickly to dinner in downtown Cusco. They told us that the Service was 24 hours, that when we returned we only had to ring the doorbell or the phone to open the port. Then more than 15 minutes on the street to get us opened. We stayed to sleep because it was late and we were tired, but we had to sleep dressed on the towels because the sheets were full of hair, hair and other stains that we preferred not to know what they were. At night, no water in the toilets. In the morning, no hot water. Breakfast, nor try it when seeing the dirt state of the kitchen. We had a second paid night. When claiming the owner, he only wanted to return half the money until he threatened to call the Tourist Police. We do not understand how the websites that offer hotels accept this type of establishment that discredit them.
