Excellent performance

It's look is very well. It is very beautiful. I like it. It's staff is very active and cooperative.its food is very delicious.

Detained by the hotel

I have unfortunately had a bad experience
with this hotel. The hotel is keeping us against
our will after check out and not allowing
us to leave to go to the bus terminal. I very
clearly made an appointment through the
reception lady for police escort at lpm, but
she kept harassing me on the phone from
12:30. I still had to close my luggage and take
a shower, so obviously I was not going to
leave the room immediately 30min before the
fixed appointment. I asked her to stop this,
because she was being very rude. She and her
colleagues rudely stopped considering me or
speaking to me at all as if i was to be blamed
for anything. When I finished check-out, I exited
to the guarded gate with the police to hop on
the taxil called and who has been waiting for
me. The police decided to ditch me, they got
into their car and just left without me without
any staff interfering.... l was invited by the
staff to go back inside the hotel and the rude
lady was very satisfied with the situation. I have
been detained in the hotel for more than an
hour without any clear update on when I will be
able to leave. I asked to speak to the manager
or director but my request was ignored. It took me three hours to arrive to the bus station. And the police kept asking me for money while it is a government service. If I had a flight or fixed bus ticket, I would have missed it with no compensation. If you need jail experience, come here.

Not necessarily worth repeating

The rooms and bathroom are very small and can be described as cramped. It is best to go into the bathroom backwards and then come out forwards. The cleanliness was rated a 3 at best. The breakfast was simple with little choice. There was enough parking and the hotel provided us with a free "guide" to the city.

when in Multan!

Average hotel, rooms are small and furniture is too big for space so makes it congested, pillow covers were not changed, otherwise room was clean, breakfast was average, staff was good, it is value for money, ok for one night stop over stay type, but not too comfortable!

Very welcoming ...

This Chalet hotel is quite cosy. The rooms were decorated in a very sober way. The staff was very kind and always willing to help us out in whatever we needed. The breakfast staff was very professional. This together made the overall atmosphere a very welcoming one.
