Enchanted farm relaxation

This is not the first time we have gone; it is always a fantastic, very relaxing family-run place, very kind and honest, serving top-notch Sardinian food just a few minutes from the most beautiful beaches of southwestern Sardinia, spacious beautiful rooms, it was 37 degrees and I did not turn on the air conditioning because the room is well insulated see you next time

Exaggerated price-quality ratio

Arrived in three, cute place in a courtyard, but very hot. They bring us the appetizers and the cutlery was missing, which arrived after a while, basic appetizers pecorino, three slices of coppa, salami and olives and grilled vegetables. We ask if we could have two more slices of coppa, because there were only three and they tell us that it is finished.
We ask for still water and they tell us that they had problems with the fridge and it is only warm. If we want sparkling it is cold, too bad that we only drink still. The fregola with peppers and artichokes arrives and it tastes like nothing and really counted ravioli that only our son ate. We kindly ask for a second helping of ravioli, the very kind waiter tells us that maybe the cook had made a mistake and brings us another 6 ravioli. For the main course lamb and suckling pig. Finally, the sweet sebadas, nothing like the seadas unfortunately. Coffee, total 50 euros per person. Definitely a rip-off. If I pay 50 euros for Ferragosto, the service must be impeccable!!! Failed!

Lack of transparency and professionalism

After struggling to book (I called Friday for Monday and was told they get confused with so much notice, to call back Sunday ). Very good food, but lack of transparency in the prices (in any case the total was high), to this day, I don't know how much we spent per person, with the "excuse" of the discount it wasn't specified (adults I believe €42, children?????), subsequently it was asked, but the person I spoke to replied that they didn't know and their daughter wasn't present….. in short, how much children pay remains a MYSTERY!!!! Too bad because the location is really beautiful and the food is good. I will not return. Another farmhouse with an identical menu and more generous portions, much cheaper and more honest.

Ups and downs

POSITIVE THINGS: myrtle, peppers, artichokes and thistles in oil. Sweets great pity there are no Seadas
The staff was friendly.
NEGATIVE THINGS: cold cuts and cheeses from the supermarket not typical, Sardinian pecorino does not even shade. In an average Sardinian farm you are overwhelmed with appetizers so much so that you will leave everything else while you are satiated ...
In a farm that should produce oil there can be no oil in a Biffi sachet.
The porceddu tastes good but all bones and fat. Good break but always with too many bones
Side dish: but what does it cost you to make two baked or cooked potatoes. What has to do with the cucumber thrown there without any seasoning without any typicality is put a little 'tomato and salad together. even in Bolzano they do it like this: without anything, but what does this have to do with Sardinia.
The first: Dumplings with sausage sauce a little dry similar to those of the hospital. Good but anaemic ravioli, tomato just mentioned.
Ps : there is a review of 2022 the same, but why don’t you do the correctives.
