The staff were very helpful and kind, lovely breakfast with a choice of drinks, clean and comfortable rooms with amazing views. Close to the centre to go by car and many sights to see.

Pleasant stay but with some flaws.

We stayed for 4 nights at this B you can see right away that it is newly built, very well-maintained both outside (the lawn is always perfect) and inside: the decor is to my liking, delicate but with personality. The bathroom is very, very cute, the shower is very large and comfortable, but the water pressure adjustment was definitely off; the showerhead felt like a pressure washer, impossible to use. There were toiletries, and this is very convenient, especially for those traveling by plane. Comfortable bed (even if you tend to slide off when staying on the side), very, very high, very elegant white sheets. It is written in the rules that the linens are changed every 3 days, but we stayed for 4 days and they were not changed; no problem, but I wondered why.
I suggest adding an extra trash can in the room because the one in the bathroom is very small, and also providing drying racks to let things dry; we managed by hanging them on the chairs on the balcony.
The breakfast is average; the croissants are baked every morning, they are frozen but of excellent quality; there is always a good apple cake, but the selection tends to be a bit repetitive. There is no fruit at the breakfast buffet, and this is a flaw. I really appreciated the croissants, but the selection is minimal anyway.
I would say a good stay, but several things could be improved!

I would like to report this excellent B&B
Unfortunately we only stayed one day, we were two couples all happy with the choice
All curated with Love, far beyond professionalism and convenience: it is not conceived as pure business. Bravo

Modern, beautiful and quiet property

Excellent B&B recently and modernly made. Breakfast excellent and plentiful, complete for every taste and need. The staff is helpful and very supportive for the traveler. The property has a protected - unguarded - indoor parking and is located a short distance from the sea and Palermo
