A hotel a stone's throw from everything you need on holiday!

We stayed at the Daniela hotel with my husband and daughter and we had a very good time. Spacious rooms with comfortable wardrobes and very clean. Breakfast varies from sweet to savory and, although there is a machine, Antonio is there who, upon request, serves coffee and cappuccino from the bar. We had a great time, highly recommended.

Hotel Daniela = mediocre hotel

I have visited many hotels, and I have always received Welcoming and professionalism. Apart from the room and breakfast staff who have been dedicated to their work, I can say with extreme "disgust" of the rude behavior of the property. I was treated as a bad guy practically a disliked person, for charging my electric car with an original bmw power supply totally disconnecting the electricity in their garage after which do not content these gentlemen of the HOTEL DANIELA, TO SEND ME AWAY THEY CALLED THE LAW ENFORCEMENT. THE COPS ENTERED MY ROOM, BEING AMAZED AT MY ORDER AND MAINTENANCE OF THE ROOM IN A DECENT AND RESPECTFUL MANNER.

Odyssey

Luckily I only stayed one night. After 7 hours drive I arrive at the hotel. Already before dinner I point out to the lady in reception that the room is too hot, she tells me that it depends on the fact that I have been in the room for a short time, when you are not inside you turn off the system. After dinner nothing changes, several times I ask to change rooms also because the hotel was not full. At 2230 I close everything in my suitcase and go downstairs I tell the lady that either she changes my room I leave because the temperature inside is 30 degrees. After this gesture he finally changes my room and I can sleep. Could he have intervened earlier? Attention to customer zero.

It could be better

I have stayed in better 4 star hotels. It does not provide lunches or dinners, only bed and breakfast. Cleanliness is normal, covered parking, room 103 x 2 people is quite large. Friendly staff, the breakfast buffet is not very rich. There are few options for places to eat in the vicinity. There is much better.
