A moment of relaxation postponed

The property is very close to the historic center of Santarcangelo. The rooms are spacious, clean and equipped with every comfort. The managers are very professional and kind people.
I had booked for the fair of St. Martin for my loved ones, but unfortunately I had to cancel due to a serious accident.
The owners were correct and understanding. I think such courtesy is a considerable added value.
I would definitely recommend it.

Due to late check in in the evening we could not stay even though we have already paid

I booked this accommodation for two collaborators of my company who had to carry out a training course in Sant’Arcangelo in Romagna.
Unfortunately arriving from Rome (scheduled at 20:30) due to a strong delay on the Trenitalia line around 20:40 they were contacted by the reception but were not yet able to communicate the arrival time that was continuously postponed.
The gentleman at the reception was keen to specify that check-in could not take place after 21:00 and that they would refund the fee. However, I consider it very serious that my collaborators were not guaranteed accommodation for the night but as a result of these words I was forced to look for an alternative overnight stay.
The next morning I call the structure and the lady replies that the information received the previous evening was incorrect and that she could not refund because "it is not her fault if guests get lost on the way", proposing me following my disappointment a discount voucher on a subsequent accommodation.
I pointed out that I could not take advantage of the discount voucher because I would have no reason to return to this location but there was no understanding.
I absolutely do not recommend

An unforgettable September

We went down to Santarcangelo with my husband for a wedding and from the photos proposed by my cousin I chose this place.
We had a great time, both from the welcome and the hospitality.
Furthermore, the helpfulness of the owners was excellent.
The room was very large and clean with private access.
Very close to the town center and all services.
To return as soon as possible.

Per una notte tutto perfetto dalla pulizia impeccabile ai dettagli più raffinati. Colazione su ordinazione varia con prodotti freschi. Ottimo servizio. Comodo al centro del simpatico e vivo paesello di Santarcangelo. Parcheggio interno coperto.
