Location was great to get around Rome and room spacious for family of 4 only let down was the mattress in the main room was very uncomfortable you could feel the springs ! And only one small pillow for each person apart from that very good value for money

We got a room in the basement, that had bad air and smelled like mold. The room did not have windows, only some high up you could not open and not see through. Seemed a bit scary in case of fire. Coffee machine did not work. Not a reception at the hotel, but could communicate in WhatsApp. They came when we asked for toilet paper and new towels.
Location is very central.

The A/C would not run, service desk did not answer after check in, there was a musty smell, and the main shower head would not work

When we checked in the room was so hot. We called the guy and it will not be turned until mid may. There are no enough toilet paper left. There was no response to some basic questions

The good:
Location is very convenient; the room is clean and spacious; check in was very easy.
The bad:
We had a ground room floor, and it was loud. Between noisy neighbours coming and going at every hour, noisy pedestrians, cars driving past, service vehicles stopping and idling, sleep was impossible.
The room was also extremely hot. The thermostat reached 29 degrees: hotter than outside. And the air conditioning seem to do anything when it was activated, which made sleep even more difficult. We sent a message asking how to operate the thermostat, but didn't get a response.
The bed was also very hard and uncomfortable.
Finally, our room wasn't serviced during the stay. We had to go buy more toilet paper.
