we are sorry to read some of the statements in your review, which we feel it is important to clarify in order to provide accurate information to those who may read it.
Our breakfast service normally ends at 10:30 a.m. During your stay, specifically to allow your group to enjoy breakfast more comfortably and without feeling rushed, we exceptionally extended the opening of the breakfast room until 11:30 a.m., a level of flexibility that is rarely offered by hotels.
Regarding beverages, during breakfast hours the drinks included as part of the breakfast service are provided. Once breakfast service has ended, any additional items ordered, such as bottled water or coffee, are charged accordingly. This is therefore not a way of “making guests pay a lot more,” but simply the normal way hotel services operate.
We always welcome criticism and suggestions when they can help us improve. At the same time, we are disappointed when situations arising from the normal terms of our service are portrayed as improper practices, particularly considering the care and flexibility we extended to your group.
We are a family-run hotel and work hard every day to provide our guests with the best possible hospitality. For this very reason, we believe it is important that any review, whether positive or negative, presents the facts accurately and in their proper context.

We are sorry to read this review, but we feel it is necessary to respond and clarify a number of points, as the account given does not reflect what actually happened during your stay.
The air conditioning did experience a technical issue. However, after you reported it, we took action and the problem was resolved within approximately one hour. We therefore feel it is unfair to suggest that the issue was ignored.
The same applies to the toilet. After you reported the problem, we immediately offered you a change of room, which you initially accepted. You subsequently chose to remain in the same room. Therefore, stating that for two days “we did nothing” does not accurately reflect what happened.
We are also disappointed to see that, after being charged for certain additional items — such as bottled water and coffee consumed outside breakfast service hours — negative reviews have been posted by several members of the same group specifically raising these issues. These are simply additional purchases and are charged accordingly, as is standard practice in hotels.
We accept criticism, including negative feedback, when it reflects a guest's personal experience. However, we believe it is equally important, particularly when referring to a family-run business that depends on its daily work and reputation, that events are presented fully and accurately.
