Lightness
We spent a wonderful vacation at this property and are fully satisfied. The staff was kind and helpful with our needs. The rooms were clean and tidy. The pool is simply wonderful, very clean, a perfect place to relax and enjoy a spectacular view. I would like to give special attention to Michele, the restaurant manager, who is always smiling and helpful. It was a great experience and we will definitely return with great pleasure. Heartfelt thanks to the owner Lino, who welcomed us warmly and met our requests. A note: the negative reviews I read are not true at all.

If you want central to sites do not stay here
This Hotel was much cheaper than other's but I found out it is so far away from the main places you need to get to I was very disappointed in the location, Love Holidays stated it was close to places but this was not the case. The hotel staff were not very welcoming and not helpful at all. Breakfast was served between 7.30-9.30 with no exceptions. The hotel room I paid for had no balcony but very clean and cleaning staff were amazing but hotel staff not so. No assistance when asking questions and not very much English spoken. You either need a car or lots of money for taxi's or transfers, without this you're stuck. Nothing close by no shops no supermarket water at the hotel was over €3 for a small bottle whereas in near town a large bottle was only €2. If your disabled or restricted in walking don't visit getting about for people with restricted mobility was difficult. The pool was freezing and no one uses Spa staff were good and reasonable priced for treatments. There was a lot of Italian people visiting for holidays and they hate any tourist. The hotel carries out conferences weddings etc. all the time and they have no interest in paying guests, except for the sister hotel across the road which is very dangerous. If you want to visit all the sites do not stay here and to get taxis from here to main places is very expensive. I would not recommend. But visiting Amalfi, Postatino, Sorrento, Capri and Anacapri was amazing as away from this hotel

Enjoyable stay
I stayed at this hotel for one night only and it was a very positive experience.
The staff proved extremely helpful, kind and professional, always ready to meet every request with a smile.
The best room with a view was a wonderful surprise: large, spotless and with a really beautiful view that made the stay even more special.
Also excellent breakfast, varied and attention to detail, with fresh and quality products.
The only small flaw is the decor, which in some parts is a bit dated and could be renovated to make the environment even more pleasant.
Although short, it was a very pleasant stay. Recommended!

Bad experience
Bad experience!
Before talking about the rooms and the consumption, I write a comment about the staff: there would need to be a better Welcoming and more availability from those who take care of the services in the different rooms (not to mention the fact that a couple in my group had a dog and by email it was said that for him they would have to pay 10€, but when they arrived at the reception they tried to increase the figure of 5€... and in the room there was literally nothing for a dog, not even a bowl).
Several rooms were "dirty": missing toiletries, stained sheets and bedspreads with hair and various stains; ceilings full of treads that did not inspire confidence at all, as well as curtains covered with giant yellow stains; in some bathrooms the toilets were without toilet covers and no lid; some rooms were without remote control for air conditioning and in reception they made a fuss to give them to us; finally, unfortunately, in one room there were also many ants. Beds hard as a stone, broken shutters making noise all night and no one there to check on some people making noise in the hallways and knocking on doors.
Breakfast was poor and most of the cafes had burned. Lunch and dinner we thought were more varied but they forced our group of 25 people to choose a first equal for everyone, as well as the second... and we noticed that the same dish was also prepared for all the other people who dined in the room.
Experience NOT to be redone.

INCORRECT AND UNFAIR
we are a tour operator and we booked for a group of French adults from 25/04 to 27/04 and we had many complaints that I report below:
1. One bed was not changed and was dirty.
2. A twin room was converted into a double: two women had to share the same bed.
3. The rooms were very cold.
4. Some rooms were only accessible from the outside.
5. Hot water absent, or available only after a long wait.
6. The coffee was stretched with water.
7. A faulty lock trapped a guest in her room; some doors were impossible to close.
8. One of the meals was very scarce, with no meat or only salad as an appetizer.
Malghrado all these complaints we did not ask for any form of refund but we agreed with the head of reception certain Mrs. Rita and the owner Mr. Bisceglia that we be refunded the down payment for two other groups that we had planned for the dates: from 23/09 to 25/09 and from 30/09 to 02/10. Both of these parties confirmed to us that they would refund us having cancelled 6 months earlier. To date 11/09/25 we have never received the refund granted, we are continuing to write mail, call
of the hotel and Rita and Mr. Bisceglia's cell phone and they're not answering. Ultimately they are withholding indebtedness of money.... I categorically advise against this hotel and pay close attention to your future reservations. For any further information contact me as well, I am willing to provide all written evidence of what happened above.
