TOP B&B!
Federico is a special person, always smiling and super helpful.
We landed at Olbia airport, which is about 30 minutes from the B&B, and for half the price a taxi driver would charge you, Federico came to pick us up directly.
He gave us a lot of advice on where it was most convenient to go to the beach; the closest one is Su Tiriarzu, 6 minutes from the B&B, a very beautiful public beach. Equally useful advice we were given: where to eat, what to visit, and where to shop for groceries, for us since we rented the apartment.
The apartment consists of a kitchen (including pans, plates, cutlery, and glasses), a sofa with a TV, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. The presence of air conditioners (to endure this infernal heat), a washing machine, and a drying rack was also very appreciated. Everything very clean!
He also provided us with a high chair for the baby, which saved our lunches and dinners
There is also the possibility of borrowing a beach umbrella, since the property makes them available.
The whole complex is surrounded by a garden, maintained with beautiful flowers, where it is possible to sit and have a delicious breakfast, with Federico always present, and where my son always had fun running up and down playing.

From Posada you can reach the most beautiful beaches in the area in fifteen minutes/half an hour. Excellent value for money.
