In the center but quiet
Centrally located but quiet, excellent attention, Anri attentive to everything we need.The apartment has everything you need.Highly recommended.

Beau, mais....
After our stay in Rome, we arrive via train in Naples, 15 min walk to the hotel, it's okay, except for the suitcase wheels (not smooth roads) . Change of scenery also, this corner is unwelcoming and does not make you want to hang out in the evening.
We arrived early, 1/4 hour, but the staff opened us up without worry. It should be noted that there is no Welcoming, there is a contact via WhatsApp if no one answers the door of n°48, while the entrance of visitors / tourists is done at number 49.
The tourist tax must be paid on arrival, in cash.
The hotelier took us to our apartment/hotel, on the 5th floor. At first glance it's clean and functional, it brings us the sheets for the sofa bed as well as pillows (less good quality than those of the bed), and towels.
We go for a walk, then back to the miam inside because of the local Mood.
We notice that the kitchen utensils door is biased , too bad. The skirting board does not go to the end of the kitchen....
But the main thing is that this one works.
No dish towel, damn it...
One of the chairs only has the seat which holds by a single screw...
We unfolded the sofa, there are crumbs, hair etc on the mattress . Just shake it. The bed base is also damaged, do not put too much at the end because you could tear clothes on the pieces of metal.
There is a washing machine, but no clothes rack
There is a large closet where you will not put anything, because there is only one hanger.
Go shower and sleep.
The shower, the same as in the camping mobile home, beautiful from afar. There are 3 modes, normal, medium walk, several jets on the sides, 90% blocked by limestone....the door dislodges alone and the joints are dead; but there is ventilation and music .
Damn, it also lacks a big towel....
In the bedroom, like the living room huge closet, but no hanger. Medium mattress.
In short, there is worse, but for the price I think it is better to go on an Airbnb.

We recommend
We had a very pleasant stay. The space was spacious, clean, with internet and located near a metro station (about 5 minutes), which made travel much easier. They also provided a baby crib/park, which helped us tremendously during our stay.
The staff was super attentive, helpful and always very available.
As constructive criticism, we suggest only a few small details that could further improve the experience. For example, put curtains in the room, because at dawn, even though there are sunbeds, some clarity comes in. For those travelling with a baby, it would also be helpful to provide a microwave to heat food. A toaster would also be a good addition.
In addition, you would need to have a cleaning cloth and a kitchen towel, as well as soap to wash the dishes. These are small details that can benefit future guests.
Regarding the pope's chair, we do not know if the accommodation has such equipment, but if you do not have it, it may also be a good investment for families with babies.
Overall, it was a space that made us feel at home.

The Wall The Door The Plane
Getting to the bad first: The Wall in the bedroom is very thin. On two occasion, we could hear someone snoring. The Door, there's a door in the bedroom. Short story: There was commotion in the building, and it just happened to be shortly afterward, someone was checking in (as we were told later), talking loudly, and must had pulled on it from their side. With the disturbance and door jarring, we thought someone was trying to get in. Need I say more. We were told that the door does not open from either direction.
The Plane's takeoff flight path is overhead. Fortunately, flights do not run overnight. I think midnight to 6 am.
Now for the Good. Very nice unit, and the terrace is great. Alexandro was very pleasant upon checking in and showed us around the apartment. Groceries and food are within five mins. 15 min walk to train station. If you plan on cooking, ask about the gas because it appears to be turned off.
Rating of 5 if not for the incident and the occasional barking dogs during the night.

Convenient location, the rest to review
Convenient area to explore on foot the whole old town and if you want to walk along the seafront. Nearby metro stops and friendly staff. Room very spacious and quite clean, but furnished in a very spartan way, a non-working TV and no cleaning service, makeover bedroom for the whole stay if not requested as well as the change of towels / sheets.
Details to improve, some maintenance and especially curtains on the windows would allow you to keep the shutters open.
