A Nápolyban épült luxury bárral várja vendégeit 1,2 km-re a Capodimonte csillagvizsgálótól. A San Gregorio Armeno 14 perces sétával érhető el, a Molo Beverello pedig 2,5 km-re található.

Negative review.
I stayed one night in the coral room on the 5th floor; the only positive thing about this room was the cleanliness, the bathroom and room were spotless, except that the bidet was full of toilet paper inside and the water did not drain, the handle of the outer door was broken and the door did not close properly, the balcony was broken both inside and outside, and it remained open; we shared the balcony with other people and could not sleep with the anxiety that someone might enter, not to mention the floor that trembled with every step, and the passing trains shook everything, horrible!

Definitely questionable room!!!!
I don't like to give negative reviews, but I also don't like to find situations like this when I'm ib vacation!
I was in the room La Perla (top floor): in the corner of the room was missing a piece of wall, broken lamp-jour, only one socket, by the way the turning off of the main light of the room was only at the entrance.
The TV takes only one channel, precisely Campania TV, made the signal but no one thought to come and fix it.
The mattress sinks into the center.
I think it is right to give the customer decent comfort since the accommodation is not free.

Of Luxury this b&b has only the name.
Already starting from the door of the building that you can not even open with the given key (the very pretty girl gave availability to the opening of the door with the phone, I will remember if I had to go dancing).
3 floor with elevator, door of the b & b also this is hard to open, as well as the mess it makes (I recommend an oiled).
room with name Diamond, very pretty in itself!
bathroom no comment, if you shower, go out and you are directly at the sea, completely flooded everywhere.
There is a stove x stay warm, but you can not even attach it, for failure to take, especially with the reduction.
In the bedroom we don't talk about sockets, or you're in the dark to charge your phone or you're with the light bulb on and tel drain, of course I'm talking about the evening / night when you are not with the big light on.
Total lack of curtains, so either you turn naked at the mercy of neighbors, or you isolate yourself with blinds.

Sufficient
The location of the B & B is strategic, but some services are to be reviewed, for example the television is as if there were no, takes only two local channels, in the shower there is no shelf to place shampoo, shower foam, sponge, etc... And then it is to take care of the cleaning a little more.

Disappointed by the experience, shame because the location is great
We booked through Booking choosing this property for the many positive reviews, but unfortunately our experience did not live up to expectations.
Despite being a B&B, on our arrival we were told that breakfast was not included because we had to book it and pay for it in advance. This was not specified in the booking, nor was it clear on the website: indeed, by redoing a simulation and reading the reviews, it seemed to be included. The question therefore remains as to why it was not offered to us.
The room (the "Ruby") no longer reflected the photos seen online: the curtains were missing, so the morning light came in as early as 6am disturbing sleep. I might think they were in the dry cleaners, but no one warned us.
Saturday night we run out of toilet paper (there were only two basic rolls), and I send a message to the owner to ask if it was possible to find more: no answer. Luckily she stayed in the next room my mother-in-law, who shared the little she had left.
In addition, the cleanliness leaves something to be desired: stained sheets with visible traces of rust, towels and armchair with noticeable halos and stains. An upgrade of the kit would definitely be necessary.
Finally, a note on management: I thought that the presence of the owner in the structure was one of the basic characteristics of a B&B... but evidently I was wrong.
The only positive aspect: the proximity to the central station and the city center, convenient for walking.
