CX is a very new facility... so new that our Welcome Pickup's driver didn't know it existed until he dropped us off there. This is a hotel with hostel-like amenities... large kitchen... large work out room... large social rooms, etc. Front desk was extremely helpful with restaurant suggestions and holding our luggage in a locked locker for 1/2 day while we took a train to Pompey after we checked out of our room. Breakfast buffet offered for a small fee was simply AMAZING!

UTTER DISGRACE

I had a very disappointing experience with this property.
I booked and fully paid for my stay from 6–13 July. Due to flight disruptions beyond my control, I informed the hotel before my scheduled arrival that I would be arriving one day later and asked them to keep my reservation. I also submitted a date change request through Booking.com. When that request was declined due to "no availability," I sent another message clearly stating that I would still be arriving and that they should keep my booking.
Despite receiving this advance notice, the hotel marked me as a no-show and cancelled my reservation. When I contacted them, they claimed they couldn't keep my booking active without a confirmed arrival date, even though they had already received my messages explaining the situation and confirmed that I would still be checking in.
Communication was virtually non-existent. My messages went unanswered, and despite trying for hours, no one answered the phone. I called all three options available on their switchboard without success. There was no flexibility, no assistance, and no effort to resolve the situation despite my providing advance notice.
What makes this even more concerning is that there is no policy on Booking.com stating that a property has the right to mark a guest as a no-show and cancel a fully paid reservation, moreover when the guest notifies them of a delayed arrival. I had paid for the entire stay, and I reasonably expected the bed I had paid for to remain available until my scheduled check-out date. Instead, I was left without accommodation even though I paid for it.
If you experience travel delays or flight disruptions, do not expect this property to honour your paid reservation, even if you inform them before your arrival.
I cannot recommend staying here. I also hope Booking.com reviews this property's practices, as my experience fell well below the standard I would expect from a partner accommodation.

Comfortable beds,5 minutes walking of train station,so clean,very nice and friendly staffs.Very good place for stay in Naples!

Super close to the train station. Cute and comfy room. Ilaria was so helpful and welcoming. The evening bartender was so lovely. I can’t remember his name unfortunately. Breakfast wasn’t worth it but in general a clean and safe place to stay.

Really close to the train station which was great,although the area itself is rough & ready.The room was really spacious with great decor.I was also able to do laundry which was a plus .
