Lovely stay

Really nice one night stay at Caesar guesthouse. Room was spacious and bed was comfy. Located on the 6th floor so nice view from the terrace. Tonia was there to greet us when we arrived and was really helpful including some great recommendations (Tandem Ragu is a must for food, absolutely delicious) Overall highly recommend especially for such a good price.

Good location

I stayed for one night at this property. The location is very good and the structure clean, however I notice some critical issues.
The property is located on the top floor of a building. There is a somewhat dated lift that must be closed well, otherwise it remains blocked (in some cases we had to take the stairs because it did not arrive for not being closed properly, in another it had been blocked during the climb).
The apartment consists of 4 rooms, an entrance hall and a balcony. There are two shared bathrooms between the separate rooms for men and women, which are cleaned daily, but may be uncomfortable to share with strangers.
Check-in is all done remotely, but the procedure managed directly by the customer forces you to spend time on the registration procedure.
Breakfast is also not included, although this can easily be remedied with various bars nearby.

Optimal location

The location of the property is worth the stay. Right in the center, inside an imposing if somewhat neglected building. The B&B is renovated and quite clean. The terrace offers a very suggestive view. The remote reception service is very clear and immediate; Miriam very kind and helpful. A little tip: a chair and a mirror in the room would have been useful.

Stayed for 1 night to make the transfer to the airport easier as had an early flight the next day. Good location only 1 metro stop from garibaldi.
Good service, staff contacted me through WhatsApp to coordinate my arrival time for checkin. Weren’t able to but meet me but a guide was provided that made it easy to access the building without them being there, any issues you can just ring them up.
Room has aircon which was a lifesaver otherwise would’ve been melting.

Wonderful!

Absolutely fantastic place.Great localisation, its on the 6th floor which gives you wonderful views. Very specious and clean with great terrace.
Vincenzo the manager its extremely kind and funny person who can provide professional transfer for a small fee. Tonia who works there is exactly helpful with information. I will always reccomend the place.
