Very disappointed
Terrible experience. The apartment was dark, hot, noisy, and nothing like the photos. No cleaning, no proper towels, broken coffee maker, useless air conditioning. After leaving an honest review, we were even accused of theft — absolutely unacceptable. Avoid this place at all costs.

Apartment Tragedy – Don’t Be Fooled by the Photos!
We booked what was advertised on Booking.com as a “Deluxe Apartment” for four nights, paying over £600 plus €35 extra for cleaning. Based on the photos we expected something special.
The reality was a complete disaster.
• Air conditioning broken: when we asked why it wasn’t working, the owner told us it was due to an “energy safety program” – ridiculous in such high temperatures, especially when the listing promises air-conditioning.
• Everything falling apart: almost everything we touched was broken – coffee machine, kettle, shower, toilet flush, rubbish bin, wardrobe… the list goes on.
• Dirty and smelly: the apartment was filthy, dusty and smelled bad. Definitely not “deluxe.”
• No cleaning during stay: despite paying for cleaning, nobody came even once in 4 days.
• Dark and stifling: the room felt like a cave – dark, airless, unpleasant.
When I left an honest review on Google, I received a reply claiming we had been given everything we asked for (not true) and even accusing me of stealing paper and towels – an outrageous and false accusation.
The owners are charging extortionate prices for an apartment that is not worth a single penny.
Read the reviews on Google and TripAdvisor – there are plenty of 1-star reviews saying exactly the same things.

Not bad, but a bit expensive for what it is
Positive points:
- The spaciousness of the room.
- Easy check-in and check-out, as well as luggage storage.
- Bathroom amenities.
- The bed was comfortable.
- The air conditioning worked perfectly.
- We liked the neighborhood it's located in (atmosphere and dining options) and the entrance.
- It is easy to reach the center or the central station by metro/tram.
Negative points:
- When we booked through Booking.com, the photos that initially appeared were of the suite with light marble finishes, but they put us in another one with old-fashioned dark wood finishes and less modern and romantic decor. So be careful with the photos, as they may make you think you'll be staying in a room that won't actually be yours. In any case, in the photos the room looks much newer than it actually is.
- Even though we hadn't opened the windows at all, there were several mosquitoes in the room, and we had to spend our time killing them one by one due to the lack of insecticide.
- There was no towel rack in the bathroom and one of the wooden door frames was missing.
- The pseudo-closet leaves a lot to be desired.
- The sheets had some yellow stains.
- The curtain rod in the room was slightly tilted and kept getting stuck. It took us a while to get the curtain open.
- A small refrigerator in the room would be appreciated.
- Although the windows were noticeably quite soundproof, if it's a busy night on the Navigli, there will inevitably be noise.
- It's not bad in itself, but given these negative points, it seems expensive, especially considering it's not centrally located.

Worn and old and fresh
The room (suite) was very worn
Broken and worn towels.
We had to ask for more toilet paper
You pay extra cleaning fee but there is absolutely nothing of cleaning included in it.
They do not vacuum or even make the bed or other things you would expect from a cleaning fee!
It feels like it 's extra money being spent on guests .
I wrote and wanted to check out and get a refund of the booking and of course the cleaning fee.
No, do not book this site as you can not get hold of staff or similar

In the middle of the Naviglio district
This "hotel" was more of an apartment. It is very centrally located and everything you could want (bars, restaurants, etc.) was within walking distance. The location near the canal is particularly attractive.
The room was very large and spacious.
Minus points are given for the fact that there is no air conditioning. It is presented as such on the homepage, but it is simply a whirlpool around the elevator. So be careful.
We also had the problem that we had no hot water. The water pressure was also very poor. We reported this straight away and the next morning we finally had hot water.
All in all it was okay, but for the price we would rather go to a different hotel next time.
