Fabulous!

Personally, I had a great experience! For the price, it is more than recommended; the metro is nearby, and you can easily get around. Additionally, the area is very beautiful and quiet! The only thing I would change is the shower, which lacks a door, so water spills out.

Took taxi 15 minutes from the airport.
Hotel is well located in the Porta Romana/ Porta Vittoria area, across the road from a supermarket and an 8 minute walk to nearest( Lodi TIBB) Metro station( and from there you can be anywhere in centre of Milan quickly by Metro).
It has many nearby Restaurants and Bars of good quality. The area is less populated by Tourists than the centre but we hoped for that.
Manager greeted us personally on arrival and had been in contact during the day and in days leading up to our stay.
We were 2 adults and 2 teenage children.
We stayed in 2nd floor suites 10 and 11( but we could have probably been comfortable in just 1 suite).
They were spacious and very clean. They were cleaned very well,daily, by housekeeping. They are modern suites with air con, tv , fridge and microwave. The entry for the buiding and suites are an electronic card system.
Small Breakfast was offered each day free of charge and was coffee, juices, yoghurts and small pastries.
There isnt always reception isnt always staffed but housekeeping is around from about 7.30am till 5pm approx and we were able to text manager out of hours if need be and we always got a reply.
Milan itself was also superb -.we really enjoyed it, with something for everyone- from incredible historic buildings, to outsider friendly bars and restaurants and wonderful array of high end shops and also lower end shops.
Every area within Milan offered something new and different

Unusual clean and practical

It is unusual small hotel which was handy for us on the packed business trip. You need to tell them when you arrive as reception is not manned all the time.
It looks like a big private house - when we got off the taxi at the designated address we were not sure where to go.
The room is big with bathrobe, slippers, microwave and plates. Towels are small, there is a walking in shower, bidet and the toilet. Window open.
Very clean. There is no fresh item breakfast, more of the help yourself to the coffee machine and snack.
Duvet was too thick for time of the year. Me and my colleague in the room next door kept waking up being hot.
It is virtually 15 min drive from the Linate airport.
Overall good option.

Very good- unusual

This is a great place to stay and very virtual/remote in terms of service desk etc. I liked that, but as someone else mentioned, the towels could have been bigger. Also, the minimal decor meant that there was no sound insulation between the rooms and the main corridor. So if you get there late, or need to sleep late, you may be disturbed by peple in the hallway. This is a small complaint however.

Beautiful room, clean and comfortable!

T7 is gorgeously appointed, comfortable and in a great location! The restaurant downstairs (L'Opposto) was incredibly good and we walked everywhere with ease. There is a grocery store right across the street and many great bars and restaurants in the area. The reception staff was so welcoming and even refused a tip we tried to leave for their outstanding service; seriously, the place was spotless. I would recommend T7 to anyone looking for a comfortable, beautiful and clean space for a great value.
