Fantastic great value

We had the pleasure of staying here as a family of 3. The views were spectacular, the breakfast perfect and probably the best I have had in Italy. Lots of praise to the interior decorator who has made the hotel in a contemporary art deco style. So refreshing and tastefully done. Can highly recommend!

Unacceptable

I booked a suite at the beginning of July 2026 through their website and it was subsequently confirmed. After 24 days, they wrote me an email in which I was informed that the room was not confirmed for me due to a technical error on their server.
I immediately called the reservations office first and then spoke with the owner, who offered me another inferior room and two free massages in exchange.
I believe this attitude of theirs towards customers is shameful, inadmissible, and contractually incorrect, and all this caused me great inconvenience at the end of July as it made it very complicated for me to book elsewhere, being high season.
The server problem seems paradoxical after a full 24 days…………….

Priceless stay

A wonderful property, super welcome. The rooms are gorgeous, warm, and comfortable. The breakfast was very rich. The Dehor restaurant is of absolute excellence. It is always a pleasure to stay with you!

We were completely satisfied.

The hotel had a great location, a short distance of approx. 2 km to Garda; a shuttle service was also offered that drives to Garda at certain times. We found the underground garage good for storing the e-bikes and for protection from storms and hail. Everything was available at breakfast; we really liked the ambiance in the entire hotel. The employees were all very friendly. We would go back again and can only recommend it.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel!

Wonderful hotel, small but perfectly formed! Just perfect - amazing food and lovely atmosphere and staff!! Highly recommended!!
