Not matching the description
I don't understand the positive reviews. The location is very shabby. You enter a courtyard of a 70s house on two floors and already at the entrance you do not have a pleasant view. The breakfast area is a long room and looks like a canteen. The anonymous room was very warm, without air conditioning. There is no terrace overlooking the sea and there is no swimming pool in the property. The only positive note the reception of the owner very warm, but this is not enough to justify all the shortcomings of this structure. We did not stay, we searched for a hotel in Fano that with 20 euros more provided us with a room with every comfort and super breakfast.

An experience worth repeating
I don't understand the negative reviews! Lidia and her husband were fabulous, we were there for a motorcycle rally and I must say that our welcome was impeccable. I had booked a double room because only that one was available, but in the end they managed to accommodate us with two single beds (I was traveling with my father). Upon our arrival he welcomed us with a smile and a fruit juice after the long journey, he delivered the room well in advance and the view of the sea was wonderful! Far away yes, but you can see it and it was pleasant :)
He let us park inside, so we were safe and the area for leaving a motorbike like ours was perfect. Breakfast with croissants, coffee and juice! It felt like staying in a holiday home, it's a shame only one night because the environment was familiar and it felt really good. At check out they made us leave our bags so we could enjoy the last day without extra weight. What do we want better than this? Thank you Lidia, you were invaluable, luckily there are still welcoming people like you! Greetings from Giada and Roberto :)

A gennaio prenoto tramite booking una matrimoniale per mia moglie ed il sottoscritto, convinti di risparmiare visto il largo anticipo. Il contratto non prevede nessuna caparra e la cancellazione è gratuita fino a 14 giorni dal soggiorno, nel mio caso previsto per agosto. Con stupore ai primi di giugno ricevo un messaggio dalla titolare della struttura, la quale mi informa che se non effettuerò un bonifico di 100 euro entro 5 giorni, cancellerà la prenotazione. Non è per i 100 euro, è una questione di principio, non è professionale e neanche corretto dare un ultimatum ad un cliente, soprattutto se nel contratto non c'è nessuna richiesta di acconto. Al limite avrebbe potuto chiedere il numero di una carta di credito a titolo di garanzia. Non ho ceduto al ricatto e la signora ha cancellato la prenotazione. Mi chiedo se avrà affittato la mia camera a prezzi più alti, vista l'alta stagione immiente... Da evitare!

Ho soggiornato per lavoro con la compagna in dicembre. Il bed and breakfast si trova a nord di Fano, a 100 metri in linea d'aria dal mare.
Il bed and breakfast é sito al primo piano di una villetta plurifamiliare. Il nome Terrazza sul mare è assolutamente fuorviante, tra il B&B e il mare ci sono altri edifici, una via di grande comunicazione e la ferrovia. Immagini delle camere le potete trovare già in rete. Posso dire che il gusto dell'arredamento è perlomeno discutibile. Tranne il bagno, c'è un accozzaglia di stili e colori. Nel bagno della camera che avevamo non c'era un posto dove mettere un minimo di oggetti. Il televisore già piccolo è posto in una parete all'altezza del soffitto! Meno male che non serviva. Il materasso piuttosto rigido é adatto a persone pesanti. La pulizia della camera non viene fatto e il letto non rifattoi. Sono cambiati gli asciugamani di spugna (buoni) bagnati. I gestori sono molto gentili. La sala colazione è ricavata al piano terra da un ex locale di servizio. Essendo piuttosto stretto e lungo, i tavoli sono disposti un po' stile mensa e anche l'arredamento non aiuta a rendere piacevole la permanenza. Vengono portate molte brioches, dei campioncini di marmellata , fette biscottate e del succo di arancia che é meglio dimenticare. Il cappuccino è ottimo. Mi chiedo i turisti stranieri che sono abituati a poter scegliere tra cibi molto diversi, come fanno: dovranno sempre chiedere. Da ormai una decina di anni, anche nei B&B, vige la regola di un buffet anche contenuto. È antipatico chiedere anche solo una frutta, e se poi é acerba o non ti ispira sei costretto di nuovo a cambiare.
Si accettano solo contanti.
