Good value for money.

The apartment is divided into three rooms, all close together, which face a narrow corridor, making it a bit inconvenient to enter and exit. The furnishings are from the 1940s (the wardrobe inside is made of raw wood). However, the bathroom is large with a wide window, and the shower has a strong flow. Excellent cleanliness, with soft and fragrant towels. Poor soundproofing. There is the possibility to make coffee/tea in the kitchen and to use the refrigerator. The lady who lives on the same landing is very welcoming and friendly. Free parking is easily found on the street. Reasonable price - contact the establishment directly! It is perfect for a short stay.

GIUSTO.

It is a classic , neat , clean B&B consisting of three rooms . A number of people could take it whole. Common area the living room-kitchen essential and spacious. For breakfast opt for the bar below.
Family welcome , spaces , terrace .
Convenient for the asking price.

Good and cheap little base for discovering Tuscany

As said in other reviews, this is not your romantic getaway destination. However the value for money here is excellent and you are by no means slumming it but going to La Terrazza. There are 3 rooms, Red, Blue and Green. Can only speak about the Green room but was a good size for a B&B, bed was comfortable enough, air con was effective, nice bathroom with decent shower and bidet. Breakfast is limited with only croissants, biscuits, yoghurts and cereals so not the best for people who have dietary requirements. However, you are welcome to use the pots and pans to make your own breakfast and store your food in the fridge. Good to have option to cook for yourself and you are not required to wash up as a cleaner comes to do this. Leonardo the landlord is charming and so was the landlady, also the Terrace at the top is also a nice place for your morning coffee.

Pleasant B&B

The B&B is located in an inelegant appartement block so if you're looking for something romantic or picturesque, you can skip it. Regardless, it was a pleasant experience. The room is clean, comfortable and well-equipped, the breakfast is OK, the landlady is friendly and the terrace you were promised is there (actually three: one in the room, one in the kitchen and one on the rooftop). The neighborhood is uninteresting but it is a 15-20' walk from the centre, and not too far from the station.

B&B for a very good night sleep

Although Trpadvisor calls this a hotel, la Terrazza is a B&B on the top floor of a modern grey appartment building just south of the station. It is not so easy to find, because no signs are hung outside. So please, make sure you write down the address in order to ask around or to use your satnav. Just find the door and ring the bell of the 3rd floor. A very gentle Italian man shows you the way and explains the use of the kitchen for breakfast. He may also recommend you a place to eat (in our case the nearby Piazzola). The room is ample, quiet and well equipped. The main attaction is the terrace on top of the roof, which we did not use. The breakfast is simple, just what you need. For tea we boilt some water in a pan, because we did not find a cooker.
This place offers Top value for little money in Empoli.
