the property is fine

i ended up here due to unexpected circumstances, and came without reading any online reviews. so i want to do this place some justice, considering that many non-italians will probably never even consider this property.
- manager and restaurant staff are friendly and speak english
- big free parking lot
- dinner (3 courses, 12.99 euros) is served canteen style. i chose aglio olio, pork chop, and mozzarella sticks. let's just say, when in emilia romagna, even canteen food tastes better than many italian restaurants outside italy
- internet speed 50-70 mbps
- clean bathroom and good hot shower
- comfortable room with individual thermostat
- rate inclusive of breakfast
frankly i have no major complaints (except a missing toilet paper and a brief moment when i smelled smoke through the vents) and am surprised to read negative reviews online

Cannot be called a hotel

We booked two double rooms for 80€ each for business reasons. We are a company that for 18 years has been traveling all over Italy, staying regularly in hotels of every category (2, 3 and 4 stars). We can therefore say with absolute certainty that we have never experienced such a situation.
My husband slept in this facility and was practically unable to rest. During the night he was literally eaten by insects: we do not know if they were fleas, mites or anything, but the result was that he came back with his body full of red marks and stings, as if he had been stung by bees.
He was forced to get up several times during the night because he kept feeling stings. A situation that is truly unacceptable.
The conditions of the room were absolutely not adequate: very hard bed and environment that gave no feeling of cleanliness or hygiene.
In 18 years of business trips we have never seen anything like this, not even in very cheap facilities.
We honestly do not believe that a place in these conditions can be defined as a hotel. Sanitation checks should be carried out because no customer should be in such a situation.

Non credo che in oltre 20 anni che giro hotel è b&b di aver trovato qualcosa di peggio, pulizia pessima, addirittura in bagno non avevano nemmeno tirato l acqua del wc, doccia non usciva l acqua tanto che mia moglie ha rinunciato a farla il gancio per appendere la doccia era rotto e non da poco tempo. Lavandino si faceva fatica anche a lavarsi i denti perché anche lì nn usciva l acqua. Tra una camera e l'altra si sentiva tutto, tanto che ho sentito il mio vicino che chiamava la portineria per dire che la doccia non usciva proprio l acqua. E per nn andare oltre dico solo che come al solito siamo proprio in Italia questa struttura sarebbe da chiudere, i controlli dove sono????

CHE SCHIFO!

in confronto l’hotel di Shining era un paradiso.
Struttura fatiscente, l’acqua della era fredda, le camere orribili, sporche e pezzi di battiscopa nella stanza.
puzzo di fumo nei bagni delle camere e nell’ascensore.
sorpresa sul finale, sotto le lenzuola una distesa di peli!!!

Personale gentile, ma la qualità delle stanze per il prezzo richiesto è eccessivo. Frigo sporco, puzzolente con rimanenze di altri ospiti. Si sentono i rumori delle altre stanze e non si dorme bene la notte, assenza di sapone e doccia
