Excellent location

Fantastic location in a park with a beautiful swimming pool, the staff of the highest level, large rooms with all comforts. The kindness and helpfulness of Serenella make you feel at home, we recommend we will definitely return

Business travel

Welcoming structure, normally organized, with large and comfortable spaces that guarantee a pleasant stay.
The location is convenient and easily accessible, with easy parking and easy access to the main roads.
The breakfast, is complete and good quality.
Careful and helpful management.

Peaceful holiday by the pool

I stayed with my wife, daughter and our medium-sized dog for 6 nights in the large apartment on the first floor. Quite equipped apartment with air conditioners in the living room and in only one of the rooms. I must say that despite the 34° exterior the apartment, probably thanks to the thick perimeter walls, is quite cool and did not require, except on a couple of occasions and for a couple of hours only, the activation of the air conditioner. The property is well maintained and the owners and staff friendly and welcoming. Comfortable pool (I think 4 x 20) and well maintained surrounding area. Close to amenities (10 Min.) and city center (15 Min. Cars). We were looking for a quiet place for a short break away from the city bustle and were largely pleased with the choice.

VERY HIGH LEVEL

It was a surprise, in the sense that I knew about Reservation but didn't know where. The location is beautiful and for me it is easy to reach. It is not on the road, which guarantees silence and tranquility, but it is still not too isolated (you can go out on foot without coming back tired). Outside there is room for cars.
The Villa is breathtaking, to say the least. Very classic but modern, no creaky floors! The bathroom is very spacious, first thing I noticed (it will be because we have generally been unlucky but this beats them all).
Our stay was not long so I can not say I used the kitchen, but there was also the one with all the utensils that can serve. There's a lot of attention to detail.
The reception staff is very kind and helpful, the breakfast lady is gorgeous! (again congratulations on that cake, I would have eaten it all). Now I don't know if the lady at reception is also the manager or the manager, but she was friendly, affable, caring and professional.
We recommend this lovely Villa, whether for a weekend away from the routine or for a romantic getaway. 10/10

Weekend in Vicenza

Nice property just minutes from Vicenza very clean and great breakfast.... The 3 stars are caused by the spa which was important for us as it was a relaxing weekend ..... meanwhile on the site it says € .10 per person while in reality we were charged € 20 per person despite the Turkish bath did not work and the emotional shower was defective .... Practically we used the sauna... there were no herbal teas only natural water... too bad because it would also be beautiful
