Good price-performance ratio, clean rooms.

The staff is very nice and helps you if there is a problem.
The hotel has been renovated on the inside and the rooms are clean. It is cleaned every day.
The beds are comfortable and you can sleep very well.
The hotel is located very close to the highway, so you can then continue driving.
Florence is 30 minutes away by car or one hour away by car. If you want to drive to Florence by car, you must pay attention to the ZTL zones in the center of Florence, otherwise you will get high fines.
The breakfast is okay. It is based more on the Italian breakfast with cake, cornetto, and coffee.
The variety is not that great, but there is something for every taste.
There is a pool that is very helpful on hot summer days.

Looks bad on the outside, great on the inside

Upon arrival, at first glance, the building did look dilapidated, but we had great staff and a super room. Clean, air conditioning, shower with decent water pressure, and a pool that simply offered wonderful cooling at an outside temperature of 41 degrees. The breakfast was sufficient and we are happy to come back to B&B, as we really like the concept.

For a city stay, the price-performance ratio is super.

A very nice, well-maintained double room.
Very friendly staff.
A fresh scent in the room and on the bath towels.
A super pool, crystal-clear water.
Breakfast, top, everything you could wish for and inexpensive.
Unfortunately not very nice from the outside; the facade should be redesigned sometime.

Lying on the receptacle. Ruined your vacation

Came to two rooms, had a baby for four years. In the morning, my husband extended both rooms for 24 hours because the baby was asleep. The blonde at the front desk charged 20 € more because I slept and didn't book for the second night, no questions asked paid. But!!! She said we have to move before 11:00 to other rooms on the ground floor because ours have booked!!! Check out at the hotel at 12!!! She lied, the hotel cannot book certain rooms!!!! I had to wake the baby up and go down to the bad rooms carrying some bags of luggage!!! The baby didn't sleep, the numbers were worse!!! Shame! We are a cultured family, expensive bags and clothes, expensive jewelry and accessories. The baby didn't bother anyone or make any noise! I don't understand why we were moved at her discretion! She lied! Unfortunately, they didn't find out until late that night at another receptionist that she was lying. He apologized a lot, but what did that do? If I'd known this morning we'd been treated like this, I'd have called the hotel manager! Made at 11 o'clock to wake up a small child and take her luggage to a bad room!!! The first time I was renewed, they made me change my number. Eventually they didn't renew, they went to another hotel. It was very hurtful!!!
