A Ramé Suites szálláshelye Bergamóban található, 400 méterre a Piazza Vecchia tértől és 800 méterre a Donizetti Színháztól. Előzetes foglalás esetén a helyszínen privát parkolásra van lehetőség, a wifi pedig a szálláshely egész területén ingyenes.

Fraud. Should change name to Ramé shelters
The images do not match what you get, and customer service is completely absent. We got a room in the basement that you can barely get paid for. Worn out, without windows, and access is via a reclaimed staircase. The only daylight is via a tired glass door with mold on. We asked to change rooms, but they didn't. Sending them a message via booking.com and they let's not answer. Now it'll be a bigger advertising case. But the room was awful. They should change their name to Ramé Shelter.
This is no serious actor, but genuine bastards. I have taken good with photos and movies, so if they try to deny this then I am happy to post everything I have, including screenshots with unanswered messages.

Good accommodation at Copper
Large room, TV, excellent soundproofing, large bathroom, parking..all useful and functional for our needs.

Great expectations... And great disappointments
There is no physical reception: if you have problems or if you have low battery, I do not recommend approaching the solution offered by this structure.
The technology is beautiful, but the quid pro quo must be a quick and impeccable management and solution of the unexpected: this was not the case.
Services are passed off as free that they are not, descriptions of enthusiastic rooms that disappoint (at least in my experience) enormously. I had to call the telephone reception to find out where the entire set of towels for the second person was (and yes, in the booking it had been specified that guests would be 2). In short, I'll make it short: if you want to boast the title "suite", you have to do a Service worthy and worthy of that name: the size of the room is not enough.
Cleanliness overall satisfactory and great location: the rest ruined my stay. Personally, sorry, I would not recommend it.
