In a small village not far from the city, but literally immersed in greenery, this B&B allows you to relive the charm of a small ancient world that you fear may disappear. The courtyard, the garden, the house, the furnishings, even the breakfast all evoke good, genuine, well-cared-for things, just like they used to be! The owner is kind and helpful, as well as a fantastic pastry chef, so do not be surprised if you are welcomed by the aroma of freshly baked cakes or jams made with freshly picked fruits... you will find them on the breakfast table, and enjoy your meal!!!

Excellent experience

Lovely place, well-kept and spotless environment. Reception, availability ', warm room, comfortable, impeccable bathroom. You feel right at home. Mrs. Armanda, a capable and welcoming person. I'll definitely be back.

Nice house, excellent hostess and just in the place to visit the region

I knew I wanted to be in the Belluno region, and by chance I happened to see the offer of Casa 1885, loved the option of an old refurbished home and the good comments also helped. In a nutshell it was a fantastic option, and Armanda the owner is a wonderful host, the B&B is located in Bes a small village about 6kms, from Belluno, off the main road, here you need a car in any case, the room was divine, the view from the windows was perfect to the mountains, the bed was very comfortable, quiet surroundings, very clean and well organized, good wifi, and a superb breakfast every morning downstairs. So if you happen to plan to be in this area, take Casa 1885 as your base, if we will come with our family, we will return here, parking was found nearby and there is a supermarket and small cafe-bar a few yards from the house, I can only give superlatives to the host and the place, beautiful 3 nights we spent here.

Slept with mom and son in July 2025. Great Service, really cozy and clean place, the owner a very kind person. At breakfast all exquisite with products made by the owner.

Exceptional!!

Welcoming, very kind and attentive to detail, owner... plus very good at preparing, every day, cakes and different sweets... Breakfast worthy of a 5 star hotel .. the room cute and well cleaned, bubble bath and various creams of excellent brand .. good vibes... we will be back!!
