Optimal location

Structure in the heart of Assisi, close to the main attractions of the area. Nice, small, and very clean both in the common areas and in the rooms. Our room was tidy, with a small terrace from which we could see a glimpse of the landscape; the only downside: a bit too small, even the bathroom, although equipped with everything, I would have preferred it to be a bit larger. Overall, an excellent establishment, where there is also the possibility of having delicious breakfasts. Kind and very helpful staff.

Great holiday.
Liked · The hotel was very centrally situated and the staff, especially Maha, were very helpful. The view from our room was really amazing too. The restaurant next door IL Posta and the staff, especially Anna and her sons, a great bonus. Excellent food and service, beautiful views from the verandah. The only issue was that we had many steps to get to our room. Hotel was full so they were not able to give us a room on a lower floor. But again very helpful in taking our luggage up to the room on arrival and bringing it down before our departure. Assisi was wonderful experience and the hotel and the staff contributed to this success. Thank you all especially Maha and Anna

Chaos in the reception. Room with terrace overlooking the roofs, small and without a chair. Breakfast room from the company canteen. Three stars for the position that deserves 5

A good hotel

Location: vote 10. In the heart of Assisi.
Room: Our superior had an exceptional view. A nice terrace where you can enjoy the view.
Fair size. It's fine for a few days as there is a very small closet. Complete but blind bathroom. Not enough finishes, missing the shower cubicle door. Good cleaning. Rating 7.
Reception. Very slow but courteous.
Breakfast. Excellent sweet, discreet salty. Rating 7.5
Correct price in relation to what they give. Vote 8.
Ultimately I recommend it. Final vote 8.

Structure with excellent potential but that would require greater care in maintenance. Beautiful location.
