Beautiful hotel and beautiful nature
Very good! We have traveled a lot and experienced a lot and this is a very good hotel! The hotel is in a beautiful area. Was a little skeptical when we traveled due to varying feedback on Tripadvisor. If you read up a little before you go, you see that the hotel is located a bit outside the city centre, you are interested in walking distance to many restaurants and shops you do not live here. You take the bus right outside the hotel into Alghero which has everything you can want, we also had a car for a few days, otherwise we ate a few days at a restaurant right above the hotel. At the hotel it becomes a bit expensive in length 35 euro per person + drink. Otherwise it is very clean on the whole area as well as the rooms, the family room had additionally 2 bathrooms which was perfect, the sea is clock clear and the staff are friendly and helpful. We are very pleased and really recommend this beautiful hotel. Read up on what you want of location - if you want peace and relaxation this is really the place for you!

Negative!!
Very, very, very disappointed! We expected MUCH BETTER! No class, yet we are far from being snobs! Garden furniture instead of an indoor lounge, an enormous terrace without any umbrellas in 38 degrees, rooms furnished like a 1-star hotel, 2 mini shower gels and 2 mini soaps for a 3-night stay! A private beach where the first row of umbrellas and loungers by the water costs an additional €20 per day! A 4-star hotel where you can see a fabulous multicolored display on the balconies, where am I?
In short, let's move on to dining; at the bar at noon, salad according to the chef's mood, one day good, the next... The hotel restaurant is very nice, but that's all! The servers are worth the detour, not one to redeem the other; however, we noticed that the Italians were better served than us, who are only staying for 3 nights, we are the EXTRAS, they don't care! For €35, you are served with a slingshot, the dishes are thrown on the table; at least we have the menu in French, but it should be avoided for big eaters! The desserts... no choice, you take what you are given, and it is low-quality pastry. Tonight's main course features 3 strips of bell peppers and 2 anchovies, a feast fit for kings after some pasta with clams... 2, sorry, I wasn't offered cheese, of course, to the Italians! I am hungry...! By the way, my husband got the menu, but I did not , and the dessert... I give it 10 stars Sorry for my lamenting!!! And I am surely forgetting some things! To be avoided

Breakfast is not the same for everyone.
I have been traveling around the beautiful country for a while, and Sardinia is a sea paradise; I returned to Alghero as an adult and I do not like to spend too much, because then I expect the maximum, and I chose Portoconte; the place is enchanting, with schools of fish and, hear hear, a cormorant in the water, a spectacle.
However, if I pay for luxury, I want at least the facts; breakfast is not the same for everyone; if you refresh yourself at 8, you will not have the same refreshment at 9:30, in fact, it is sold out. And if you ask for cream croissants, you will be told, nothing today, come back tomorrow; there is no indication of what is on the counter, and if you ask for information, they do not know how to answer, in fact, they get bored; a dilemma also arose for me, Sardinian milk is an exceptional product, but perhaps they use another type here.
The pool is in front of the sea but does not have refrigerated water and therefore does not cool you down; I recommend you do not park the car under the trees because the resin is deadly.
And then do not lose the room key because they do not have spares.

A PARADISE WITH A SEA VIEW
I stayed at this beautiful property from the end of July to mid-August 2026 with my family; it is the second year we have done so, and it gives us more certainty every time.
Everything is perfect, starting with a large, guarded, tree-lined parking lot, moving through a reception that is always present, attentive to satisfying the needs of the guests, and never annoyed; you stay in well-kept, spacious, clean, tidy, and disinfected rooms, and you enter a magnificent restaurant where the quality of the food and the variety of the meals offered reign supreme. The breakfasts are super abundant, without neglecting the great professionalism of the dining room staff; from the waiters to the maitre d's, they are all exquisite people, helpful, never rude, and always ready to satisfy the guests. Beach and pools within easy reach; just walk down a few steps from a large and beautiful panoramic terrace to access the sea directly, which is splendid, with a beach kept perfect by the magical lifeguard Berto, but also by the whole team, excluding no one; they do an excellent job, always attentive to watching over everything from opening to closing time. Entertainment present, fun but never intrusive; the head entertainer ANNALISA is exceptional, as is the mini club manager Myriam...
5 stars truly deserved for this property, to which we have been leaving our hearts for two years now; thanks to the entire staff............

A paradise a few km from Alghero
The hotel is very nice aesthetically and practical for the beach location. The restaurant is of excellent quality, we had half board and every evening presented a different and varied menu (even one evening with Sardinian menu). At breakfast savory menu and sweet abbondante.Non there has never felt like going to dinner elsewhere even for one evening. We enjoyed the tranquility of the place which is about ten km from 'crowded Alghero and the convenience of passing from the room directly to the beach (where you can take advantage of free sunbeds and umbrella on the private beach) .possibility of excursions directly from the beach.
Entertainment staff and mini club present and non-invasive .la pool is an additional element that we exploited and appreciated.In this Hotel reigns peace and is a place to recharge. Nearby there is only one and dear convenience store reason why I recommend this property to those who have a car to be more autonomous (the hotel is Anyway served by public service to reach the beaches and Alghero). There is a bar at the hotel also available for lunch on the fantastic terrace, but with little variety.
Our room was pinewood side and was very large and clean.
The only drawback is the extra payment of drinks, including water, for dinner (in a 4-star hotel I would have expected free water for those who want to avoid the glass bottle.
Recommended for location and tranquility.
