Great rooms, friendly service, great experience

A central hotel with large rooms, good mattresses and not least an exceptionally pleasant and appealing service. The breakfast was good too. Can be recommended at the warmest.

Much loud music for the long night

Terribly much noise and noise until late at night. Even after the reception confirmed that it should be quiet after 23:00. Impossible to sleep. Very dissatisfied stay

Hotel with Charm

The stay at the hotel became a cold pleasure the first night, as there was not turned on any heat in the room or bathroom. But it came afterwards. When we had trouble connecting the phone to the TV (due to lack of battery in the remote control), a nice employee came and helped us. The hotel was easy to get lost because of many times and twigs and hooks, no we experienced as charming.
Nice service and a perfect breakfast buffet. We had a nice stay.

Great hotel, nice service

We did not reach the last train back to Oslo after the concert, so then this was the choice that we did not regret.
Very good stay at this hotel.
Affordable prices on beer and wine also became a small winner.
The breakfast was also very good.
Super service. Definitely recommend.

Great hotel with very poor breakfast

Stylish hotel in the center of Fredrikstad, with good beds and a pleasant atmosphere.
We value good hotel breakfasts, and were looking forward to it at this hotel as well.
But this has to be one of the worst hotel breakfasts we have ever experienced.
Here there was only dry ready-sliced bread, which must be the easiest thing in the world to do anything with.
The first morning there was even mold on some of the discs.
Boring cold cuts and fruit in small bowls, which in any case were not cut up the same morning.
The mirror egg was empty both days and they only put in a couple of eggs at a time.
The bacon was not cooked properly and the scrambled eggs tasted like nothing.
All in all really disappointing.
We would happily have paid a few hundred kroner extra for a good breakfast.
We will be happy to return and hope that by then the breakfast will have been upgraded..
