Good Stay, but Room Amenities Could Be Better

Overall, my stay was good and everything else was satisfactory. The dinner was also very good. However, the empty fridge in my room could have been better stocked with cold drinks, energy drinks, and water bottles. I had to request water bottles, and they arrived quite late. Some of the energy drinks were also not available. Apart from these points, everything else was good.

Excellent place to be!

My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staffs, Ms. Lawanti and Ms Rekha and all other staffs were warm, welcoming, and exceptionally attentive. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, making it a perfect place to relax after a long day. I was particularly impressed by the excellent hospitality, attention to detail, and prompt service. Everything was well organized, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable.
Overall, it was a truly memorable experience, and I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service and genuine hospitality. I would definitely love to stay here again!

Beautiful Biratnagar Hotel

Lemonade Premier is an excellent hotel in Biratnagar Nepal. Riya and Gayatri were excellent desk personnel. They provided a cool towel to wipe the road dust from our faces and the rooms are outstanding
