Top hotel, top room, excellent service.
It is a top-quality hotel with excellent rooms. The customer experience is excellent - thanks to the nice and friendly staff as well as the location to Motorworld Munich; it is integrated.

It can be done so much better!
Overall, our experience at this hotel was not good. The nights were poor due to the pillows and mattress, and you can barely get a parking space in the underground garage. The smart TV has no internet connection and the best thing about it was the hotel restaurant. My wife and I ordered the 3-course meal. Once we had taken our seats, we immediately informed the server that neither of us drinks alcohol (the meal actually included a half bottle of wine). The server then said that we could order 2 soft drinks each instead. The end result was that she had told us nonsense and we then only had 1 soft drink each included. It is not about the $12 to me, but rather how customers are treated here and that they apparently feel the need to rip off customers like this or insist on these $12. Normally, in such cases, the manager comes over and apologizes. We will definitely not be coming back.

Wir verstehen, dass ein erholsamer Schlaf das Kernelement eines Hotelaufenthaltes ist und wir bedauern sehr, dass Sie dies bei uns nicht erlebt haben. Gerne halten wir unterschiedliche Kissen bereit und bringen Ihnen diese auf Anfrage auf Ihr Zimmer.
In der Tat stehen uns als Hotel lediglich 30 Stellplätze in der Tiefgarage zu, da diese mit allen Pächtern der Motorworld geteilt wird. Es ist natürlich ärgerlich, wenn diese bereits alle belegt sind. Zusätzlich gibt es jedoch gegenüber ein großes Parkhaus sowie viele Außenparkplätze auf dem Gelände.
Aktuell ist unsere digitale Infrastruktur leider nicht darauf ausgelegt, dass die TVs in den Zimmern ins Internet eingebunden werden können. Wir arbeiten mit Hochdruck an der Aufrüstung und hoffen sehr das künftig alle Geräte internetfähig sind. Es tut uns sehr Leid, dass Ihr Komfort dadurch beeinträchtigt war.
Zum Restaurant möchten wir uns hier erneut entschuldigen, das es zu einer missverständlichen Information zu den im Menü enthaltenen Getränken kam. Gerne verweisen wir auf das Angebot der Kontaktaufnahme unter der Googlebewertung.
Wir würden uns sehr freuen, wenn Sie uns eine zweite Chance geben.

Stunning car-themed hotel beyond all expectations
This hotel completely surpassed all of my expecations, especially if you are a fan of incredible cars. It feels like stepping into a museum, except it is not one at all. It is an absolutely unique dreamland for anyone who loves machines, housed inside a former locomotive factory with the original walls still intact. The space is breathtaking and honestly deserves every bit of a five star rating. The staff were outstanding from the moment I checked in, all the way through to dinner at their fantastic restaurant. Even if cars are not really your thing, the experience alone is worth it. The elevator makes this wonderfully strange industrial sound that I genuinely loved, and if you are lucky enough to book the right room, you can actually bring your car or motorcycle inside with you. I cannot recommend this place enough. One of the most memorable hotel stays I have ever had in Europe.

Great hotel, great chain.
Beautiful structure, inside Motorworld.
Very nice location, perfect automotive industrial style for where it is located.
Room of the right size and super comfortable bed.
Varied, good, and abundant breakfast.
Well maintained and very clean.
Friendly staff.
Convenient location also for the stadium.
20 min from downtown.
