The staff were very helpful, I had many questions about the subway, etc! The breakfast buffet was wonderful, lots of options. My room was giant and they kept it very clean, it was spotless every time I came back into the room. The hotel is in a great area for restaurants and Edeka, the large grocery store, is across the street. The hotel is walking distance to several train/subway stops and you are not far from the big shopping area, Konigsallee. Thank you for your hospitality!

I honestly don’t understand why some people give certain places much higher ratings than they actually deserve. You should give an honest rating so that you can genuinely help other guests. In my opinion, there were more negatives than positives about this hotel. **The positives: breakfast was good, especially the omelets. There was a lovely lady who prepared them really well. The location was good; most places were within walking distance. There was no free parking, but you can park on the streets for just €0.50 between 6 PM and 9 AM. We found some very good restaurants nearby**The negatives: Our room was on the fourth floor.The elevator was extremely slow.The elevator only went up to the third floor.The receptionist told us that we would only need to go up a few steps to reach our room. in reality, we had to climb an entire floor plus another five steps! So, we basically had to carry our luggage up about one and a half floors.The room smelled incredibly strongly of mold. I tried airing it out, but it made no difference. We stayed for two nights and requested housekeeping. They simply made the same bed again, even though there was a visible stain on the sheet and the exact same stain was still there afterwards. The room had a very low/sloping ceiling and a window that could only be opened halfway. The air conditioning smelled absolutely terrible when it was turned on. The carpets also smelled. And most importantly,the furniture in the actual room looked nothing like the foto

Lovely Location

Charming, LGBTQ-friendly hotel in the heart of Düsseldorf. Beautiful, spacious, well-furnished, and clean rooms with flair from large portraits of prominent contemporaries. Very friendly staff. Tea and coffee, shower gel, and body lotion are provided. When booking directly on the website, soft drinks are included.
A tea cup would be nice, and among the good selection of teas, black tea is a must.

Friendly, perfect.

Central location, yet very quiet. Friendly, helpful staff. Room is fine. An air conditioner would also be in use on summer days.
