The hotel is overall very nice. It has a good location, and the staff were very kind and helpful. The room was comfortable and nicely decorated, and the breakfast was delicious.
The only thing that could be improved is the cleanliness. At first sight the room looked clean, but there were hairs on the decorative pillows and on the mats. The swimming pool was also not clean, which was disappointing because we wanted to swim but decided not to because of this.

The curtains were dirty, bad wifi and the bathroom was smelling since day 1 checking in. The hotel stuff was friendly apart from a lady called Erginia she had was unapproachable.
Otherwise everything else was good.

The place is really beautiful ,clean and quiet .The only problem is sometimes there’s no one at the reception when you want to check in or get assistance.
