Beautiful location and great hosts!

This truly is one of the best guest-houses! The family running it are one of the nicest people I have ever met and they really take care of every need you might have. The location itself is stunning, the house is beautiful with a nice front terrace for breakfast or if you just want to sit and enjoy the stunning view of Kotor Bay. If you want to take a swim, it is less than 10 meters from the front of the house. The location is about half an hour walk from Kotor itself which is a nice distance as this allows you to walk by the water front and enjoy the scenery of Kotor Bay. The family running the guest-house are also very helpful with providing brilliant insider tips in and around Kotor. They are making you feel like at home. Would definitely stay there again! No down-sides to be reported, it was perfect!

A beautiful diamond!

We stayed there for 11 nights and it was wonderful! The location is amazing, you have the sea right opposite the house. It is literally a stones throw away. They have a little private beach with reclining chairs and parasols which you can use as you like. Vesna and Dusko are the best hosts ever, they tend to your needs and help you with everything you wish for. It is lovely to sit with them and chat. Breakfast is amazing! Homecooked with lots of variation. We loved it. The rooms are new and decorated with love and style. You also have an aircon which cools the room for the night. The bed is huge and super comfy!
You have the nicest walk to Kotor which is only about 3.5 km away.
Staying here made our holidays really special as we were pampered by the hosts all through. It was beautiful and I cant wait to see them again!

Lovely people! Everything clean! Beautiful house just 6meters from the sea! If you like a real hospitallity they will provide you but from the heart!.
You will never regret going there..

What a location!

Wow, kotor you blew us away!
What an amazing location, if you want to wake up a stones throw away from the the sea, this is the place to be.
A lovely quaint guesthouse, with owners who couldn't be more helpful. Restaurants 5 min walk away, continuing all the way into Kotor.
We would really recommend the walk up to the castle, took us 26 mins and the views were outstanding.
Accomodation was clean, and welcoming. With a terrace at the front of the building overlooking the sea.

Homely and quiet place in Dobrota, on Kotor Bay

The family are very welcoming and helpful, there is a car parking spot available on the water front - it’s in a gorgeous location a little further out of Kotor, in Dobrota, and not recommended in the heat of the day to walk 30 minutes to the Old Town but perfect to be away from the centre and easy to catch a taxi into town which the family were happy to arrange for me.
The Royal Room over looks Kotor bay and has air-conditioning and is a very comfortable room to stay in - the shared bathroom between 3 rooms is adequate and not a problem as I think I was the only person staying. The terrace is also lovely to have a morning coffee and watch the world go by.
Fork and Spoon restaurant was recommended and where I dined one evening - the food was enjoyable, it is an easy 300m walk to the right or if you walk left for a few minutes there is a bar that is on the water front for a sunset drink. I also went for a swim in the bay at the front of the accommodation - the family are building a deck or you can walk along the bay to find a little beach area.
