Wonderful place!

What a lovely place!
We arrived slightly unannounced (as we had only booked a couple of hours beforehand), and no one was there! A security guard let us in and contacted the hotel manager who came from his home to check us in. They clearly werent expecting us!
However, this was not a bad experience in any way at all. We were given a suite, as we were literally the only people in the place. We had the run of the hotel for a few hours, used the lovely pool and great sunbeds. Only slight issue was that the kitchen wasn't open as there were no staff. But we went out into town for food.
Someone did turn up to make breakfast - a limited menu, but very tasty food. Only minor gripe was that the chap kept coming to re-fill our coffees, but then charged us for six cups (when we assumed these refills were free!).
Otherwise a fantastic hotel, lovely staff and a wonderful location, right on the lagoon. Highly recommend.

I LIKED THE HOTEL A LOT ✨

The truth is that at the hotel, the staff was very quick at the time of arrival. In my room, there was no minibar or iron, but I requested them and they brought them to me super fast. The truth is that I recommend it; it has very beautiful sunrises over the Coba lagoon ☺️☺️☺️☺️

It was pretty good. The lights went out in the bathroom a few times, but we’ve dealt with worse. The guy who checked us in was really nice. We’re english speaking- and he was very patient and spoke way better english than we do Spanish. But then we couldn’t find anyone who worked there until like 10:30 the next day. Like we were going to check out at one point but there literally wasn’t anyone in reception or anywhere. We just left to get breakfast for a bit instead. You can walk just about anywhere from there it seems- Coba is tiny though so it doesn’t matter where you stay if you’re worried about being able to walk places. Also it was very quiet- only a little eerie. We only seen one other person while we were there. There’s fun swings by the lake outside :) Lots of dogs that don’t look like they are dying :)

Great option if you want to visit the Ruins of Cobá, is private, quiet, clean with all you need for a restful night.

Nice location and grounds, interior and pool area were very nice. Nice pool. Room was comfy. Quiet. Decent breakfast.
