Everything was excellent; the room, the service and the hotel being the center of Merida. Decu staff had been amazing and attentive through the stay. I highly recommend staying in this location do to it being the n the center of everything.

Pleasant and harmonious

The hotel is an ideal space to disconnect from the world, the architecture conveys tranquility, the service team is very kind and attentive to the last detail, the food is of good quality, the pool is refreshing and relaxing. I 100% recommend staying at this place.

Nice looking hotel

Mérida itself takes a bit of getting used to. The streets are quite run-down, but once you ring the bell and are let in, the area behind the front door looks very aesthetic. We were there over the weekend, which actually made it really fun to be in Mérida.
The hotel itself is well laid out, with very large and attractive rooms. The air conditioning worked very well, which was a big plus. The staff were friendly, but they seemed quite busy with each other and not especially proactive when it came to keeping the hotel in order. We started to clean the pool, they came and took over but would have bed. Better if it was already done. The price was also low, probably because of the season, but if we had paid more, we would have expected a more active attitude from the staff. That said, the housekeeper was very hardworking and clearly put in a lot of effort. On Monday, people did come to clean the pool area, so perhaps it was just a weekend thing.
There were not many guests, and parking was available next door at a somewhat questionable hotel that charges their own clients by the hour. That was not ideal, but at least the car was close by. Everything else was within walking distance, which was very convenient.

Excellent service and location.

I stayed at Decu Downtown and was delighted with the service, cleanliness, and excellent location in the heart of the city. The staff was very friendly throughout my stay, and the facilities are comfortable, modern, and charming.
If you are planning to visit Mérida, I definitely recommend this place. An excellent option to get to know the city and enjoy a pleasant stay.

Loved Decu

I loved the visit, the service was very good, all the staff were very friendly and attentive during the stay. I found the room very comfortable and nice, plus the hotel is a fairly quiet and quiet place, ideal to rest. I also really liked the location because it is central and easy to move to different parts of the city. I would definitely recommend it.
