Magnificent

I loved the place; it is very quiet and comfortable. The service was wonderful, everyone was very attentive, whatever we needed we got an immediate response, in general it was a pleasant experience.

Excellent

It is a super comfortable hotel, the service is very good, the cabins are incredible, just one detail: the large cabin is very dark and tends to be a little colder than the others, but it is still excellent, the food at the kiosk is super delicious and recommended.

Good, but they lack attention in the restaurant

I am writing for the second time, I think the first one was not sent.
Very clean place, but in the restaurant there was no juice or fruit of any kind during breakfast hours. We ordered some fajitas and in one of the dishes there was almost raw meat.
It is rainy season and they did not have an umbrella to serve the food in the outdoor restaurant (it is the only one), so the food arrived wet.
It would be important to change the mattress in cabin 65; it is already misshapen.
The employees were very friendly, always attentive.

They need to improve in the dining area.

In general, the place is clean inside and outside the cabin; the attention from the staff is excellent.
What did not meet expectations was the dining area; there was no juice of any kind or fruit during breakfast, only green chilaquiles. We ordered some fajitas, and some came out almost raw... they did not have an umbrella to serve the food, and it was raining.
To improve the room, it would be to change the mattress in room 65.

Lack of maintenance, cabins need more maintenance, finishings real bad. Need better bedding linens. No coffee amenity in room, can use some upgrades. Kiosko mini restaurant terrible, they use faucet water for coffee and staff terrible customer service. Surroundings ver nice.
