Amazing.

We stayed at Le Biôme during a weekend with friends.
We'll come back to that for sure!
The rooms are clean, the linen is nickel, the bedding is comfortable, the outside space is superb!!
Anaïs greeted us with a smile and did everything to make our stay top!!

Mediocre

I had a one night stay last week and I was extremely on it. Big difference between photos and reality. We took a 2 bedroom apartment. Arriving on site I realize that in the kitchen there is a door to the reception no one had warned me so discretion and difficult tranquility. Every passage or movement I stretched out. No toasters in the curepipe. For 30mins the next day there was a mini water cut. I had to contact the owners. The icing on the cake in the bathroom of my room there was the discharge of the other apartments. As soon as the neighbor upstairs use his toilet I heard absolutely everything. The complex was already occupied by other families who planned to party on Saturday and Sunday and no one bothered to inform us. Me who think to rest is a failure
Besides, I brought up his information and I even raised again during the week to have a feedback on all the problems encountered no answer. On the other hand before booking etc the communication was fluid but as soon as it is a complaint radio silence. I do not recommend this place and I will not go back.

Outdated housing

Despite a very good location we were very disappointed with the services offered by the establishment. Indeed, the price is not worth the services or rather the lack of services: dirty accommodation on arrival (I had to buy the products and clean myself, have the smelly duvet washed), the doors of the kitchen furniture do not close and they are damaged, broken curtain rod in the room (and not repaired despite the report), and so on.
The worst part was the incessant construction work on the land next door which caused a huge fuss from 8am to 4pm every weekday. We also have and problems with the shower, as well as water cuts!
The experience was really bad, even the Welcoming on arrival was botched.
In summary, I definitely do not recommend this property, which is not up to what is done around for much less.

Cheap and cheerful

Terrible, faulty towers was an understatement! Constantly run out of water the shower and toilet and sink are to close to each other! The beds are uncomfortable! The furniture is garden furniture! The left side of the block the drains have leaked from the third bedrooms and it stinks we where there for 3 weeks a family of 5 but we occupied the whole block with extended family of 28! It was cheap and cheerful but I wish we hadn’t paid! The pool is tiny, I felt sorry for the maintenance guy cos the landlord was never there to deal with any issues it was the poor guy that we constantly complained to! I would never stay there again!

Calme et accueil parfait

Je suis venue seule au Binôme.
L’hôtel se trouve tout au bout d’une petite route très au calme. on se réveil avec le chant des oiseaux.
J’ai eu la chance d’avoir un upgrade et donc en plus de ma chambre j’avais un petit salon et une cuisine seulement pour moi.
La chambre est tout à fait correct avec la climatisation. La machine à laver en bas est un vrai plus !!!
L’hôtel se trouve à 14min à pied du Super U et de la plage principale ! C’est vraiment très simple d y aller !
Je dois dire que le plus grand atout de cet hôtel c’est son réceptionniste Vllen.
Il m’a accueilli et montré à pied les environs.
Quand je lui ai dit que j’avais les moustiques qui me dérangeait il a immédiatement acheté une prise pour moi.
Il est toujours disponible même pas téléphone pour donner des conseils et grâce à lui j’ai tout de suite pris mes repères à grand baie et alentours !!!
