Great place to stay for a price that's kind to the humble budget. The only issue I had was finding the place since there's no signage. The kids in the streets were very helpful in a neighbourhood that felt safe and friendly. It's a welcome escape from the heat and the staff was wonderfully accommodating in providing breakfast earlier and booking the taxi to the airport.

Avoid this place. Not worth the price. Cockroaches!

My friend and I booked a room with two separate beds but were given a single king size because they ran out (Not their fault, but still frustrating). We tried to deal with it and went out for dinner. When we returned, the receptionist was missing (likely asleep), and we found two large cockroaches: one in the bedroom and one in the bathroom. We immediately left to sleep at another hotel.
The next day, we asked for a refund for our remaining three nights. The manager agreed over the phone and told us to request it through our booking provider, Stayforlong. After waiting a week, Stayforlong informed us that the Riad had denied the refund request.
The manager lied straight to our faces. Spend the extra money on a better place. You will regret staying here.

The stay was only fair. They wanted to make the available room one facing the noisy street. This room had mildew smelling bathroom. So we chose another bigger room. It ended up with a funny dampness not uncommon in the Kasbah rooms with no ventilation. The staff were good but when we asked for eggs the response was only vague. Now we understand that you have a job to do but please don't blame hotels.com for not having a reservation with them and then change the situation to that you do have the reservation. Expedia and hotels com should be advised to take note

They sold the room to another party, said they couldn't find the reservation, then when proof of reservation was found they then blamed hotels dot com. They then had the audacity to change the lodging to another riad. That was a very nice riad with nice staff

Terrible experience!

Fatal value for money. Bad lighting and bad smell in the rooms and in worse condition than in the photos. Very hard beds, toilets that did not come down properly... neighborhood that generates insecurity at night.
As a plus point: the front desk man was very friendly and cleaned the rooms every day.
I would like not to harm business, but the truth is that it disappoints enormously.
