Perfect stay
We liked everything, from our arrival to our departure, everything was perfect. Cathy and Michel are very kind, always ready to give us an anecdote or recommend the best addresses (thanks to them, we were able to do a cooking course of high quality). The dar is very comfortable and warm, we felt right at home. They made our stay an unforgettable one, and we look forward to returning.

To return absolutely!
In Dar El Bali we had the opportunity to stay for 5 days in a beautifully restored typical house and attention to detail.
Michel, Kathy and Élodie have lived in Fes for many years, they were very hospitable, helped us in everything and offered great advice thanks to their experience.
Breakfast is prepared carefully and with quality ingredients.
Our room was elegantly decorated, spacious and quiet. The windows overlook the inner courtyard of the house.
The location is very close to the main streets, ideal for exploring the medina and at the same time not far from the exit doors. The hotel is in the fully pedestrian area of the medina. It is situated in a very quiet residential side street. The front door is always closed, the owners of the house will open.
The hotel offers a private transfer Service (on request, for a fee) to/from the airport and train station.
For those who don't want to be alone in the medina, Dal El Bali offers a wide range of guided tours (for a fee) of the city and its surroundings.
Warning: do not confuse this hotel with another called "Dar El Balia"

Second visit...
We stayed in Dar el Bali in 2019 and for our second stay in Fes, we decided to stay faithful to this place that we enjoyed very much during our first experience in Fes.
We found the welcome of the owners, always as warm, available and present by providing us with their advice in the organization of your stay.
The decoration has evolved since 2019 and it is appreciable, a decoration rich in stories and memories, a beautiful harmony and all details...
Breakfasts are always as varied and homemade and especially different every day which is not always the case in other riads.

Beautiful!
Our stay at this Riad went perfectly. It is very well located in the medina, and our room, on the 2nd and last floor was sublime, scenery assured!
But we will especially remember the warm welcome of the guests. The owner has always responded with great kindness and patience to all our questions, her recommendations and advice were very helpful to us. A nice address to recommend.
