Hotel was in a great location, close to ferry and buses. Room was clean, and staff were helpful.

Noisy, cockroaches, concrete box with constant drilling on other side of wall. I have been in better hostels.

Cockroaches. Yuk. I hate them. Panicking in case they get in our luggage. Horns honking day and night outside. The rooms have concrete ceilings so are like echo chambers, every movement or conversation over 3 floors can be heard. We asked for a quiet room. As there was building works. The hammer drill going for two hours yesterday sounded like a bad tempered woodpecker. Apparently work has been going on for some time and due to continue at least another year. Reception swore blind she could barely hear it. If this is a quiet room got help the rest. There is a balcony which is laughable. There has been a metre square hole cut into the wall near the ceiling. We stretched up to take a photo. Too high to look out of. Others just have the wall. There are not balconies.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Sliema. The location was perfect—right in the center of everything and just a short walk to the ferry station for Valletta.
What made this place truly special was the people. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, from the front desk staff to the housekeeping team. They always greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome throughout my stay.
I accidentally left my jacket at the hotel after checking out, and they were kind enough to offer to help ship it back to the United States. That level of care and customer service is rare and very much appreciated.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Malta. Great location, wonderful staff, and exceptional hospitality!

Construction work on adjacent site until 2027. Noisy, dirty and no privacy. Rendered balcony unusable. Noise late at night and early in the morning! No advance warning provided!

This is a very nice, clean and comfortable hotel, well situated for restaurants and the ferry across the harbour. But it is the staff team who make the difference here, every one of them was warm, friendly and helpful - Thank you
