A place that gave me peace of mind.
The facilities were of course good at this hotel, but more importantly, I want to appreciate the excellent staff. We have a lot of lovely staff, but I am especially grateful to Amrit and Tanka , who handled the check-in. Until checkout day, every time we meet, we say, "Is there something wrong?" They were willing to go through the process of collecting the luggage consigned to the airport and took the initiative to reassure me. It happened while I was traveling alone, and I kept being surprised by the unexpected situation, and I was full of anxiety because I didn't speak English well, but meeting the warm staff was a great relief.
The staff at the hotel were really friendly and hospitable and I was very relieved and happy because I didn't expect to receive such warm service outside Japan. I feel this hotel is worth more than its price. Thank you very much.

Very disappointed with my stay – I do not recommend
The room was in an unworthy condition for a hotel of this standing: torn curtains, stained carpet, dirty and aging bathroom, and a general impression of questionable hygiene. The towels were as thin as a sheet of paper – clearly worn out long ago.
Service, for its part, leaves much to be desired. I spent more than 4 hours sitting in the tea room, without any staff coming to greet me, offer me a drink or just inquire about my presence. The waitress passed me several times, as did other employees, without a word or a look. When I asked for a handkerchief, the security guard just waved at me towards the front desk, located at the other end of the hall.
A casual attitude and a total lack of professionalism.
In short, I do not recommend this hotel, especially given the Welcoming and cleanliness that one would expect in Doha.
