For the price point, this was a good motel. The basics were covered: comfortable bed; functional bathroom (although the shower is quite small); and quiet. The staff was also helpful. And the place is about 10 minutes from the main Niagra strip.
The WiFi is not the best (like a 6 out of 10). The room was humid - comfortable to sleep in, but humid. And the air freshener used in the room was too strong, but you'll get used to it after a while.
Overall, you're getting what you pay for - as advertised. If you're operating on a budget and not expecting a 5-star experience, this is a good option.
Overall, a 6 to 7 out of 10 experience because I was able to sleep well, which is important to me.

Shower was so small o could not even move, floors dirty in room, no cleaning service during the stay.

I didn't think paying a damage deposit was necessary. I say this because there have been times when I never got a property would keep the deposit rather than paying it back.

This facility is old, looks old and I refused to take a shower because the bathroom was dirty.

Nice place to stay but the washroom(bath tub) is pretty small rest of that excellent.
