Nice stay but disappointing club lounge
Check in was professional and efficient.
The room was quiet, clean, in perfect condition with nice city views.
I am usually totally satisfied with Intercontinental hotels, however here we were disappointed by the club lounge offer and especially compared with other Asian intercontinental. Only small buffet in the evening , food selection is limited , don’t consider dine there. Most club lounges offer canapés & cocktails but for most of them it is much more …not the case here.
That said the offer is satisfying for breakfast .

Great service from front office
I unfortunately left my mobile phone behind in a taxi on my way back to the hotel. Both Front Office Duty Managers were extraordinarily helpful and dedicated. They tirelessly called multiple places, assisted in checking CCTV footage, and went above and beyond to help me locate and recover my lost phone. Their professionalism, empathy, and proactive commitment to resolving my issue made a stressful situation so much easier. Thanks to their outstanding support, InterContinental Osaka will forever remain my top choice when staying in the city.
